WHY A TENANTS ASSOCIATION?

The unified voice of many Resident Shareholders is much more powerful than the voice of just one.

In fact, a tenants' association can "balance the power" of the (Park City 3 and 4 Apartments, Inc.) corporation with that of its 6 building's Resident Shareholders.

The ONE VOICE Tenants Association was formed because many Resident Shareholders were unhappy with the management of the
co-op and wanted change.

You, me, we, cannot do that by ourselves but as a six-building body of united Resident Shareholders with voting shares exceeding at least 51% - we have a very loud "VOICE".

ONE VOICE Tenants Association believes that organizing a tenants' association is the most effective way to encourage a co-op's Board of Directors and managing agent to improve services and maintain the buildings and to ensure every shareholder the Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment.

By organizing now, with the power of our unified votes, we can retain the rights we are entitled to.

The Board of Directors, and the managing agent, will be made to be more compassionate and responsive to all Resident Shareholders and will be encouraged to remain that way as long as the ONE VOICE Tenants Association remains strong.

It takes persistence and it takes vigilance.
But It works!
