Correction, David Javidian was the first (original) name they created for Navid Ahadian, when Rose Markov being elected as Board President, hired Akam (aka Ascam), and Akam ( aka Ascam), then hired Navid Ahadian who is now the husband of Zarina Yusupova, owner of East Coast Realty by Zarina, wh0 just happened to be Rose Markov’s boss at East Coast Realty. The first name they created for Javidian, has since been “retired”. For informational purposes only.
It appears Akam is actually employing #1 David Javidian, #2 David Javidan, #3 his real name Navid Ahadian. I have original stationery, for #1, and #2, and #3 Navid Ahadian/Akam is used on correspondence. This is the same person. Is he collecting 3 paychecks from Akam that we are paying for? Does he have 3 separate Social Security numbers? Do #1 David Javidian, #2 David Javidan even have a Social Security number? Do #1 David Javidian, #2 David Javidan file tax returns? These people could not be more obvious if they hired a stupidity expert for coaching. They think they can hide behind the Board for cover. They have a majority Russian, Asian majority base, and unfortunately that is true here and in Rego Park. The evidence here is so obvious I would not rule out an attorney taking the case on a contingency basis. Fraud, racketeering, kick-backs.
what’s interesting is if you look up “Emanuella lupu” on the nyscef courts you can see how she billed someone$80k for 5 hours of work and created false statements apparently to cover up. Looks like she was a fraud from before IMO.

The lady is unethical and looking to charge legal fees on baseless claims from security who don’t understand disabled residents and need to have ADA training incorporated big things will fall on these termites
Yes the lawyer route is the best. I personally went to AG and was told the only way to handle these accusations is in house. Co Op lawyers that rep the shareholders are few and start at 20-60k as a retainer.
An attorney can make sure that lawyer Lupo does not get to choose who will be in the courtroom during the process. And by that I mean no one involved in the investigation, court personnel, or a Judge that has in the past exhibited favoritism, or nepotism if you prefer, in past court cases involving Lawyer Lupo, her law firm, or Akam. In and out of court, they create alliances. Don’t think the system has integrity, or honesty for one minute. An attorney can obtain tax returns for Navid Ahadian, (aka David Javidian or David Javidan) and in my opinion, there will not be a single tax return prior to his employment at Akam, that will list his occupation as building, or property manager. Why would Akam hire someone with n0 management experience. Zero! Fraud, racketeering all the way.
We need a law firm, a real shark. An attorney, as part of a criminal investigation can get access to the telephone calls made between Zarina Yusupova, Rose Markov, Emanuela Lupo, Navid Ahadian (aka David), and Akam, BEFORE the meeting in the park. And also, calls made from the landlines in their offices, including any conference rooms. It’s all digital data, accessible for years. It shows the date, time call started, time call ended. NYS AG James can obtain the call details, the entire conversations between these crooks.
Its really sad that anytime someone tries anything to organize not immediately attached to this group, even if it fails, this group goes out of its way to belittle and talk down to them.

What is the purpose for shareholders to simply chit-chat via signal when they already tried it with WhatsApp… and failed because they had to identify themselves and the board caught on and maybe penetrated the group.
Some of us thought the signal group was forming to DO SOMETHING because they specified ‘no one could just enter the group’.
We still think its one of Emma’s people that started or infiltrated and took control of the group. I mean REALLY? what can shareholders say in signal that has not already been said on this website? Sharing cookie recipes maybe? a half off sale at Net Cost?
Or more importantly are you chit chatting in anger because the board sold out to Vornado and now theres going to be a hospital built directly across from 9707 and 9710 and the mafioso board now has $18 million more in cash to foolishly spend and also privately profit by kickbacks.

Why are people calling the signal group secretive when theres an open invite? Also why even get mad at other shareholders instead of the board. This group has been around for four years and hasn’t been successful; why would the signal group be expected to perform?
