The new board is not bad, but it needs new blood not associated with the current board
I hope we get one or two strong outside candidates, like Valerie, to improve the board
Isn’t there a conflict of interest law that prevents board members who perform duties that conflict with their outside interests? Our board president Rose, who is a real estate agent working for Zarina and doing the admissions interviews, has a clear conflict of interest. Why would she deny anyone who is her own customer? Is there any city agency that handles such situations?
Is there something wrong with our water. Last week a woman said bathtub water came out yellow when she wanted to bathe her kid.
What is that yellow stuff?
Do traces of it remain in the pipes?
Concerns me because I brush my teeth while showering. I haven’t been out of my apartment since Tuesday – not even to pick up mail – and yesterday and today I am experiencing several potty trips each day.
If others are experiencing the same thing we need to notify NYC Department of Environmental Protection using 311 to file a complaint.
Regardless – we need management to advise what the yellow chemical is and how long traces of it will remain in our pipes.
Also, how come the toilet water is staining our toilet bowls? It’s been happening periodically just in this year. What is that jerk putting in our water tanks?
SERIOUSLY – WE NEED ANSWERS TO THE YELLOW WATER AND BOWL STAINING.

Unfortunately the playground is a “Attractive Nuisance”. The building is liable if someone breaks in and trips or gets injured because there was no lighting.
I was just ready to write the same thing about “Yura”. Just look at the words that he/she wants to emphasize and they’re spelled correctly. But it does take a lot of creative thought to write like that, so congradulashuns to yu Yura, whom evah you are.
Yura, your comments would better if you used the spell check version of this website. Whenever you type a word wrong, the word will have red line under it. Then highlight the word and one or more correct spelling choices will come up. Try typing manachment and then highlight it. It’ll give you 4 choices of the word you intended to use. In this case it would show management and all you have to do is click on management and it will change in your comments.
On the other hand, I kinda suspect you know what you are doing and are having fun with it. A spelling giveaway is that you can accurately spell marriage, sometimes, delivery, and the proper usage of “too”
Whatever – as long as it makes a point, I have no issue with it. Enjoy.

Allo everybady Yura here. Manachment want make park city like disney wurld with stupit lites to every bilding. Maybe also put mickey mouse becose manachment is behave like mickey mouse. Manachment change rules and also I see they change a delivery time 4pm before 4:20pm, why? peepel have work and sometimes make no time becose busy so why change this ?Stupit. Does anyone know when we can expect the 2023 budget? Looking forward to seeing all the cost savings carried out by this Board and Management.
If you want to talk unnecessary charges, how about the garage stuff. I don’t have a car. There are about 1,000 apartments and 300 parking spaces. Why should you and me foot the cost of the garage door replacements and all new lighting inside the garage? Last time Jain raised the price of every parking space by something like $10 more to compensate for work done in the garage. Whatever the cost is now for the new doors, fobs and lights etc. it should be paid for with an increase of garage space rentals and not passed on to the 700 other of us who have no use for the garage spaces.
I agree the playground lights are completely unnecessary and we all pay for the electricity. The lights are on all night and now all morning! What is the point no one sees them. If they are so blatantly wasteful with lights I fear how wasteful they are with things we don’t see.

Management is doing a real great job by trying to impress the shareholders with their xmas lights in the playground. I wonder how much money was spent on that.?? Sure Scott was the brain on that amazing idea.
probaly better to wait for snow and make angels in the coop park. just got email that coop park is decorated with holiday lights.
nice thought but lights go on at night when park is closed. does someone on board or davids relative sell the lighting for large profit????
I won the lottery once and never used it and forgot to sell it. If someone wants a chance they should just sign up for it
Last year Pool membership lottery were something wrong. David extended registration closing date for their friends and families.
We all shared holders paid maintenance fee every month. Fairly, every shareholders should have equal chance in lottery, even they register or not register for pool membership lottery.
