I have checked the real estate tax website to see how much the real estate tax went up for this year and it is not much so I would like to know what the maintenance increase was for. It is not such a big difference and it’s not like we are having capital improvements so what was the 6% increase for?

IMO Akam probably insisted he use a phony name as a condition in making him property manager because Navid Ahadian has prior arrests in Maryland and Connecticut for switching license plates, drug possession, and an assault, and Akam needed him to have a NAME with no arrest records.
So he cannot use his assumed name in court papers OR on a marriage license so Ms Z is really Mrs Ahadian. hahahahaha
Does it make you comfortable knowing that someone arrested for switching license plates now has access to 300 parking spaces in the PC 3&4 underground garage?

KeymasterBasic apartment inspections are for water leaks and working smoke/CO2 alarms and overloaded surge protectors and anything that might be considered a fire hazard. EVERYTHING ELSE IS NOT THEIR BUSINESS!

$100 Surcharge for a gas meter that cost $75. IMO David and Zarina will pocket the profit.
Our elected board members are not included in decision making process. David and Zarina are running everything
Apartment Inspections will start January 15th – Don’t let Park City Employee take pictures inside your unit. They don’t help you and will be used against you to make repairs in the upcoming year.
