IMO this coop is going downhill fast. The complains  about heat are constant and it shouldn’t be like this. We pay enough maintenance! The mismanagement is unreal.

IMO, the albanian super does not help with anything and does not do a good job.

For anyone that was at the last annual meeting, there was an older gentleman who spoke out about David’s callousness. Apparently the older gentleman got stuck in the elevator of his building for a while. He eventually was rescued and he went to the management office to inform David of the incident and how he has a heart condition and felt he could have died. He stated that David told him “so what, people die everyday”

Does anyone know who this older  gentleman was or which building he lives in? He was certainly brave enough to tell his truth to all who were present. We need more shareholders to come out and tell their truths.

IMO they need to conserve heat because they cannot make the payments. Think about it…..we never had these problems before.  Someone controls the temperature from his phone.  Ask your super who controls the heat. There is a trail my friends.

Email David’s bosses at FEEDBACK@AKAM.COM so they can see the problems.

Go online and type in HEAT OR HOT WATER COMPLAINT BUILDING-WIDE

It will take you to an online quick form to file a complaint with NYC 311.  It will be a lot faster than dialing 311 on the phone especially with today’s temperature.  Ask your neighbors to do the same.  The more reports they get into NYC 311 the better.  Mention it is a building with 180 apartments.

On the coldest day of the entire entire year, the Super decides to shut off the heat and leave us in the cold

The key word in all of this is CONCEALED.  A concealed recording is the same as a wiretap and it is illegal.

in that case then …what you ILLEGALLY record from your cameras isn’t VALID  also !

                                  IMO:
Sometimes people make up stuff to make themselves seem more important.

As an example,  when I met with some shareholders a few years back to discuss the issues we all had with Chandra Jain.  One of the  shareholders stated that their son worked for the FBI.

Factually, the son was a recent college graduate at the time.

I noted in earlier One Voice posts that someone claims to have recorded “proof” of ‘something’.

It’s OK if the person was holding the recorder in plain sight BUT in NYS it is a felony to record a person using a concealed device and the recording is also inadmissible in a NY Court.

Personally, it cannot hurt to make a date and time notation of something you personally saw or heard (with your own ears). Open a computer file  titled CO-OP STUFF  and store all of your notes there.  Posting it here – without a name – does not constitute “relevance”.

I do have the ability to determine the owner of a telephone number and I can determine if they are a shareholder, in what building and unit number, and when they bought their apartment.

But I cannot tell you what team they play for.
