I really feel bad for Ron. Now I understand why he kept fighting for us. I bet he is getting harassed by Zarina and her goons on a daily basis but he does not speak of it on this site. When the present board first ran for office, they and Zarina said that they could increase the value of our apartments. Instead, even before changes in interest rates, the value has remained steady or gone down. 3 bedroom apartments reached as high as $610,000 and now they are at our below $500,000. No matter what you think of the previous board, at least they shared with us sales figures. Why isn’t the present board doing the same? Could it be that they don’t want us to know what is happening to our investment?

Not being racist I’m actually bucharian myself. Just saw that the guy that spoke in the meeting for the elevators is inexperienced and doesn’t seem to know how to fix the elevators properly. They need to use the prior company they would fix the elevators fast. It’s all about the fact that the prior companies dealt with Chandra and that is what new board wants to erase, however they are not doing the best for us but for themselves. They need to stop being petty. Please fix the elevators old people and disabled people are suffering with this issue on a daily basis. This should have been “priority” not the Christmas lights, garage doors and new security systems with microphones “invasion of privacy”. This is not a place to be a victim of communism. Thank you!
