ALERT for co-op car owners
Now our cars have stickers to enter the garage so I asked the office a question about driving a loaner or rental for a few weeks while my sticker-ed and damaged car is being fixed.
The office answer was basically “too bad about your damaged car being fixed but you can park your loaner or rental car on the street” (not in the garage space I am paying for).
The office has no plans to give us a “temporary” sticker when our cars are out of service. But they still want you to pay for your empty space.
How soon can we get a board and management that attends to the needs of the shareholders???
We voted them all in and we can vote them all out!
Are shareholders aware Zarina, who is Davids wife and Roses realty partner, attended multiple board meetings?

So funny I heard that in park city estates Zarina son is running for the board and guess what position “treasurer” this is even getting funnier. THIS committed right in our faces

If youre all too worried about exposing yourself to communicate outside of here then its a loss for us all
I just want to say if you’re 100% sure the election is rigged you have a legal right to challenge the election. Im sure there are a lot of shareholders interested in doing just that.
The bigger issue is NO ONE here is willing to put their money where their mouth is. Its been like that a few years

Yes there is cheating and thats why when you mail or hand in your ballot you should cross out all of the names you are not voting for. Use a marker to cover the name. This board operates just like Putin.
To protest you should cross out all of the board member names, using a black marker, and mail the ballot in.
For the last two years the election company received more election ballots than they mailed out.
The election people tell the board the names of everyone who didn’t mail the ballots back and then I think the board falsifies your ballot in their favor.
Then when you show up at the meeting with your official ballot in your hand you are told they already have your vote.
When they sign your name to a hand ballot they are forging your signature and you should take a picture of the forgery ballot and notify the police and NYC Attorney General to invalidate the entire election.
We also think there is more cheating then that.
It’s a rigged election…..so it don’t matter !
He has a voucher through his disabled moms lease and added onto it and thinks he can commit all these crimes while remaining on his mothers lease and hiding behind it
A pervert has committed crim**es and lives in the building rent free is not even a shareholder. Continuously har**a*sing multiple tenants does illegal activity around the building premises for many years and solicitates shareholders promoting his IT tech services so he can find his new victim. The management does nothing however there is a law that if he committed a crime he’s not allowed to receive government benefits and vouchers to live for free. Board doesn’t do anything. therefore all tenants should be aware at least!!
8/3 post regarding renter in 97-07 that has a gun. That makes two. Another renter in a different PC 3&4 building brags he too has a gun, claims he needs it for his personal business activities. Criminals that would never be approved for a rental in any respectable co-op are gladly accepted in our buildings by this Board.
They are always live in shadow how did they kicked out previous management group.
If they are not respect on share holders, their turn coming soon. So that they are trying to make amuse such as dance night.
Just send message to nyc advocate, what will happen next.
You don’t need to understand law, just request law makers to have a look , and introduce about our building. United states is for the peple by the people.
