“we cannot sue David or Akam, as our elected board hired them”

Then we sue the elected board (most of them)

except one person on the board who is not in favor of what’s is happening in our coop.

Doris was an employee of Akam when she was terminated.

If and when a judgement is made, the co-op will have nothing to do with it.

IMO  Because David doesn’t like anybody and doesn’t want anyone to be happy and wants people to suffer and pay for his crimes and stealing that he is stealing from the co-op never ever ever weren the fines this big never ever ever were. The Maintenance increase so high never ever was there so many little renovations going on never ever was the garage door broken so many times Even after David claims to have made a whole garage in improvement and fix the thief is making us pay for his mistakes and his forgery going on along with his wife

Did anyone notice the additional cameras around the COOP?  They put up new ones yesterday.

Why are they installing all these cameras to catch people throwing away huge amounts of trash?

The building department and the FDNY told us that locking the control box for the garage was not a violation.  They were only concerned about the tires and stuff behind the spots. Which are still there, even though David threatened fines.

I wouldn’t be surprised for another lawsuit against the coop for this violation.

Seems to me that it’s a violation for ADA.

How are people with disabilities able to access the garage using a long staircase where you nearly look like you’re falling off the edge of a mountain if you’re gonna lock all the doors open the box of the garage stop being selfish and having control over everything including putting cameras everywhere, and watching everyone even listening to personal conversations

In my opinion the box covering the garage door access is a violation and should be reported to buildings department.

Mgmt keeps sending letters that the garage pedestrian door will be closed for a few days so unlock the garage door for a few day the one that you put a box over. Like the czar of queens

                              “Dear Neighbors,

Sometimes, all it takes are a few well placed strikes to topple a giant. In this case, a few calls to the Queens District Attorney’s office can start the ball rolling for an official investigation that will hopefully rid us of this giant headache of Navid, Zarina, and crew.

I called the DA’s office today to file an official complaint. They asked me to submit my grievances in writing, and will get back to me. I asked if there were other complaints about the current management, and he said there were.

The more complaints, the more they will take this seriously. We don’t need to hire lawyers when we already pay for lawyers with our tax dollars. If there are crimes being committed, which we all believe there are, then they should be punished and removed by the laws that protect us.

If you can post your grievances and knowledge of crimes being committed in this forum, then you can easily call and send your complaints to the DA’s office too.

Here is the information to contact the Queens DA’s office: 718-286-6000

There is a case where the president of. coop board actively engaged in discrimination and was held personally liable for damages instead of the coop

To the below poster we wouldn’t pay as Doris and The manager are akam employees provided to Park City so it’s an issue with Akam
