does anyone know why Board member Rachman is under RICO investigation? Does the investigation have anything to do with our co-op?????
We’ve been thinking about the number of turnovers of security people. The thought that came to mind is that they are hired for a few weeks and then he lets one go and he asks the board to authorize a severance amount The board agrees – thinking to avoid more wrongful termination suits.
BUT when the check is cut we think it is cashed and cleared by one of Rackies businesses and the fired worker never sees a dime of it.
Just a reasonable thought as to how else we could be scammed by the partners in crime.
make one things clear… the board and david or whatever his real name is , is watching this and going to try to use peoples comments for their benefit, move safe and lets REALLY try and get them out…. if we all have a list of services that theyve been denying, lets call the city and tell them what theyve been doing! I know for a fact I will be calling 311 about all this brown water , using less and less security guards, work that seems excessive, and these expensive elevators that for some reason are always down!!! I visit my friends in all the buildings ( Im in 93-37 63rd) and its always sad to hear it happening ALL around…. Open your doors, provide them with photos or the emails or whatever…. Im out of town until Weds so I hope they arrive then… 311! Stay smart! 311!

Thats not true!
i know people who tried already to seek help, from attorneys and discussed our options
Its all comes to money, attorney will not work for free help us !also people sent complains to district attorney as well
Its been however many years and no opposition has been formed against the current board.
At a certain point it isn’t the boards fault; its the tenants. Even on here people have an excuse and refuse to do more.
so sad to see our dear apartment 3 and 4 go down the tube… i hope we can get new people and REVERSE all the scamming illegal things done!
