YES, if you are missing money or jewelry after they leave don’t bother to call the office.
Call the 112 police precinct at (718) 520-9311 and file a complaint against the inspectors.
Basic apartment inspections are for water leaks and working smoke/CO2 alarms and overloaded surge protectors and anything that might be considered a fire hazard. EVERYTHING ELSE IS NOT THEIR BUSINESS!
DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO VIDEO YOUR APARTMENT.

$100 Surcharge for a gas meter that cost $75. IMO David and Zarina will pocket the profit.
Our elected board members are not included in decision making process. David and Zarina are running everything
Apartment Inspections will start January 15th – Don’t let Park City Employee take pictures inside your unit. They don’t help you and will be used against you to make repairs in the upcoming year.
Don’t be fooled by what? The reviews for PC are pretty bad
As for the (below December 28th) link to OpenIgloo.Com – there are MANY inaccuracies.The most noted lie is there are not 1714 apartments in any one of our buildings and there are not 8 buildings comprising our complex. We have only 6 buildings with a total of 1,096 units. An average of 180 units per building.
IMO the data that appears there is based upon input submitted by AKAM and therefore worthless. Don’t be fooled.

I wanted to just provide some helpful information to people. PC One Voice is an amazing website and we should continue to use it, but I recommend people also use other sites in addition to this one.
One site for tenants that I find useful is openIgloo. it allows users to provide feedback, reviews, and information concerning the building including reviews on the complex, management, and even the manager.

Hey, everybody wanted to know your opinion do you think that the old attorney the old building attorney that Chandra used to use would help us file a case against the board akam David and attorney Emma and Zarina. I’m sorry but the maintenance increase is ridiculous it’s like renting an apartment this person David grew up with a lot of envy in his heart he thinks all people should suffer in life that is the type of person he is. I knew from the beggging he was not a good person he does not care and wants us all to be miserable while he goes on his trips to Dubai with Zarina his Babula
