Who is David Javidan ?! We are looking for the reason he changed his real name?! ( Navid Ahadian)

This Community Board allows unfettered development with no upgrades to the community at all. They roll over and allow developers whatever they want. The bike lanes have made driving, crossing walking on 63rd and 62nd dangerous. The subway station is overcrowded. There is only one lane off the LIE. David claims he has gone to the Community Board meetings. The Board should go and speak up on our behalf.
Of course they are going to build a building across the street. What else would they do with the property? As for the old Sears property, the Farkas family (Alexander’s) still owns the property. Look how long they held onto the empty lot that fronts onto Horace Harding before they started to build. They will make Marshall’s and Burlington a deal and move them across the street or not renew their leases. That parcel will be able to be developed into a big building or two.
I believe that if they are rentals, we will be able to hold our own on our value. If the Board does not keep wasting money. The new buildings in the neighborhood are asking ridiculous rents.

Yes our views are gone blocked by newly constructed buildings:(
Question-how are Park City shareholders’ property values being impacted by the following? Surrounding new high rise RENTALs and the “Sears” building’s inability to retain a permanent tenant? OR is there no impact on our property values? Looking forward to responses-thanks. 9737#12H

With all of the new buildings and the future construction (CVS to JC on 63rd Road and Junction Blvd across from Dallas BBQ) our co-op will offer very few apartment with a scenic view. We are being swallowed up by progress.

The Produce store is supposedly closing at the end of this month. Don’t know about JC Chinese.

When the rumors began about CVS closing, they also included building an apartment building on the site. If you look at an overhead view on Google Earth of 63rd Road, you’ll see the roof of the former CVS and the roof of the stores to the left of that which includes JC’s Chinese and the Produce store. That would indicate that someone wants to build a major structure on the site.

We just heard that the JC’s Chinese and Produce store are also closing at the end of next month. Anyone know if they are going to put up a Building on these VACANT Stores?

A big issue is all the opposition leaders have big egos and refuse to work eith each other. You saw it 2 years ago and see it today.
You all need to meet, let go of your differences, and organize!

What is really the point you all trying to make??
nothing is going to change so stop wasting your precious time with all the blah blah blah back and forth. Zerina, Rose, Emma & David got you all in their pockets.!!!
Guest
It’s great you all want a change, but who exactly is going to lead the charge?
No one ran last year.
No one wants to work.
No one wants to organize. This chatroom no one knows about does not count
