HI, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE THAT NONE OF THE NEW CANDIDATES GOT ELECTED. WHEN WE WERE ELECTED LAST YEAR , WE HAD A MEETING WITH EMMA, AND SHE WAS TELLING US THAT EVERY YEAR SOMEONE FROM THE BOARD HAS TO LEAVE AND GET A NEW CANDIDATES SO BOARD WOULD REFRESH EVERY YEAR. WHAT HAPPENS NOW IS SAME THING THAT WAS WITH CHANDRA. EVERYTHING IS ORCHESTRATED BY EMMA. SHE IS REALLY REALLY SNEAKY AND BAD PERSON . THIS IS HER BREAD AND BUTTER . SHE IS HERE FOREWER. ZARINA IS MAKING MONEY, HER BOYFRIEND HAS SIX FIGURE JOB. EVERYONE HAPPY. WE OPENED BOX OF PANDORA WHEN WE LET THESE PEOPLE . OUR COOP IS GOING INTO HELL. ELEVATORS STILL NOT WORKING . ROACHES ARE ALL OVER .
IS THERE ANY WAY MAYBE TO GET SIGNATURES OF MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER AND SIMPLY RELEASE CURRENT BOARD? IF THERE IS LETS ORGANIZE THAT AND WE CAN DO EASY WAY.

There weren’t any candidates nights in 2021 and 2020 because of something called Covid. You may have heard of it.
There was no candidates night in 2021 or 2020.
There was always a Candidates Night for past elections. There were postings for a Candidates Night this year as well, but they were 1) removed and 2) emails and postings on elevators (which is against house rules) were sent out saying that there was no candidates night being held. Either management, present board members or both did all they could to sabotage the meeting. This goes to show what kind of people were reelected.
Where are the result numbers?
Good afternoon, this in response to prior advice to new candidates running in future elections. I have run and was elected to a Coop Board in another Coop. Process is not complicated the way it is in Park City.
About 2 weeks(14 days) before votes due- post and distribute bios in all buildings and optionally distribute under doors (no knocking to introduce yourself). Approximately, 10-12 days before votes due-hold 2 CANDIDATES NIGTS and interested voting shareholders will attend/meet and hear all candidates’ platforms and ask questions. I begged for a Candidates Night to no avail until we finally got to speak Sept 8th after votes were already cast! The attorney agreed on Candidates Night for next year as well as resumption of Lobby Meetings so we shall see…
Here’s a shocker one day we can have option of digital voting with your cell or computer! It’s been done people…Just my thoughts/thanx for reading, Velarie Melvin
I’m a shareholder and started frequenting this site that Ron created. There is so much misinformation going on at Park City 3&4 and I trust Ron to let everyone know the conflict of interests that is going on. That keeps the board and management in check. THANK YOU RON.
I have had my doubts regarding what’s going on at Park City 3&4. This past election just shows there is something NOT right about the election. I attended the election and was about to drop my green honest ballot in when I overheard people saying, I never signed, that’s not my signature etc. That’s when I asked a few people there what’s going on. When talking with the staff at Honest Ballot they were saying some people that were going to hand in ballots already had signed off on their proxies. I’m unfamiliar with proxies or mail in ballots for elections. I like to go there in person.
Anyway, as I stood around the ballot box, I see MORE people saying they never signed their proxies.
A TOTAL FRAUD OF AN ELECTION…if you ask me.
Personally, I really like David and the lawyer lady. They were always helpful to me when I needed her help. They are courteous, have great customer service and resolved my issues.
With that being said, I am very concerned with the board and management with the election fraud that is going on.

If they do not speak to neighbor to stop noise you can call in a noise complaint with the Police.

This election is not over until the Board posts the actual Certification by Honest Ballot Association.
It must state the number of proxies received with notation of any that were rejected and then it must show the total shares voted for each of the 19 candidates.
Without that Certification its just another FRAUD executed by the Markov Board and her lawyer.
For the next election – if you’re going to run as a slate of candidates be sure they are all vetted and are free from conflicts because it only takes one bad apple to tilt the scale to the other side.
If you cannot find 9 worthy people go with less than 9 but not less than 5.
Five fresh candidates would carry the Board majority and that’s all you need to throw out the trash and their lawyer.
Don’t annoy people by knocking on their doors. Sit in each lobby and, as people go in and out, introduce yourself as a candidate and hand them a list of the candidates they should vote for … if they want to stop the corruption and the destruction of our co-op.
Make sure your list is headed DO NOT SIGN ANY PROXY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE OFFICIAL ONE IN THE MAIL.
Also, very helpful and considerate to print that in several different languages.
Given the fact that none of the present Board members even spoke at the last 2 meetings (except to introduce themselves only when asked to), you might want to know why anyone would re-elect any of them. On election night, many of the proxies had Rose’s name as the proxy and there were seven fraudulent ballots that were caught (how many were not caught?). Hopefully in the future, the opposition candidates will do a better job employing the same tactics (with the exception of the fraudulent ballots) as Rose and company if they have any chance of succeeding.
This election was a total fraud! Where are the total numbers? Where is the certified results?

yes my daughter texted me photo of results that were posted by(i think) security supervisor. No surprise that all of the new candidates “lost”. however, first time results posted with NO #s. No # of shareholders voted nor NO # of shares “won”.

The results are in. None of the new candidates were ‘elected’.
Lakhani should be fired immediately. Why was he the only one allowed to knock on doors and lie to the shareholders regarding the election. Why is Lakhani a security guard using his power to humiliate other security guards and allow his little princess wife who also works as a security guard look down at the other guards like she has no rights and can get away with what ever she wants. Lakhani is a RAT for David & Rose and the other idiots on the board. Lakhani better start praying his corrupt board wins because his ass is going to get fired on the spot. How does David ass smells Lakhani.??
