Happy Thanksgiving all! I hope everyone is getting the rest and comfort we all deserve. I was wondering if anyone else has the issue with the elevators making loud BANGING noises? I have a relative who says her friend and upstairs neighbor (6 and 7th floor) complain non stop about this issue, im heading to sleep over the weekend , hope I can get some sleep lol
Call 311 and call the police on David for refusing to fix for free say the he is discriminating you and threatening you
The building and the neighbor has to pay for it with their homeowners insurance but the building is also liable and should fix it free of charge and not charge like David started charging for every little thing rip off raises the Maintence and charges high repair prices the super comes in and makes up prices
Seeking Advice
Our upstairs neighbor forgot to turn off the shower tap, which caused water leakage into the downstairs neighbor’s room. The ceiling there has been badly damaged.
The downstairs owner reported the issue to the management office, but no one has come to inspect the cracks. The damage is worsening, and there’s a real concern that the upstairs floor could eventually collapse, causing serious harm to the building.
Who should be held responsible in this situation?

I have been diligently looking up the pending court allegations, if these are true I wonder if there will be reforms or a re vote for board members.
I can’t believe that electrical outlets were installed in the hedges of 98 st sidewalk AND they have to be covered by plastic bags. Were the outlets that cheap to allow for a bigger kick back or doesn’t the dummy know outside outlets must be waterproof protected. Why are we paying so much maintenance when an elevator is broken people have families there are senior citizens waiting on and on for the elevator. It’s already been three weeks. The other elevator is already breaking. You’re nearly hopping up and down enough, stealing the money fix the elevator stop using cheap people that you’re hiring of your own kind to cash checks for yourself. Enough is enough
