      Law action case is needed all shareholders must come together we are not here no longer to make Zarina and Emma rich this our investment that is at stake. These two women are getting rich off of us

        Why do we have to continue to take time off from work for our apartments to be inspected again? What are they looking for?  We were just inspected less than a year ago. They have not removed any known washing machines.

        Is this normal for other co-ops?

            The problem is you can’t get rid of the board but people need an alternative. I’m surprised old board members don’t run anymore.

              Idiots like Rose should not be allowed to make decisions for us, an unqualified property manager who never had experience from the beginning and hired Anna to write all his emails also should be banned from making decisions for us. He didn’t even attend a college, doesn’t know how make contracts AIA, hires all his Uzbek friends from Zarina to do work around the building while they are watching us walk in and out and looking at us like they want to rob us every time you come out of the building. Disgusting.

                    About the illegal 6% increase.

                    No one ever reads the corporation documents. Go to this website’s DOCUMENTS tab.

                    Click on CORPORATION BYLAWS (will show in your Downloads folder)

                    Go to page 6 shown at page bottom / shown as page 400 at top of page

                    75% of all shareholders required for Board to take certain actions.

                    Read last paragraph of Section 6.

                     

                    “Not withstanding the foregoing, the Apartment Corporation may take any of the actions enumerated in clauses (i) through (iv) above, if the cost of such actions, when added to all other budgeted expenses of the Apartment Corporation, shall not result in increasing the maintenance charges for any year of operation by more than 5% above the previous year’s maintenance charges.”

                          If you want change, hire a real estate lawyer to go up against Emma.  Have them work pro bono with the promise to become Park City’s law firm.  That’s how you fight fire with fire.

                                For someone like me who knows how to read financials I would like to know why they did not put the liability section of the budget how much the building is liable and what the mortgage and accounts payable is for the projects they are doing.  What is the next move do we report to Aig. Also why is professional fees $243k this year how much is Emma getting and the accountant for the year so far? Luke seriously what does she do writing threatening  letters to tenants who are not a fan of  David we need her our and David out. Rose shouldn’t be president. And why  is an incompetent lady who is forgetting and has dementia the treasurer of the cooop? She can’t even remember her apt number. How do we get these people out
