          The flies thrive on rotting fruit and vegetables. There’s bound to be some in any market where you shop and they’ll attach themselves to the fresh fruit & vegetables you buy. Wash everything when you get home or refrigerate it right away.

          To make a trap for those already in your home – a female can lay up to 500 eggs – put apple cider vinegar or stale beer or wine in a glass or jar. An on-the-rocks glass will do. Cover with plastic wrap. Rubberband the plastic to a tight seal. Use toothpick to punch several holes in wrap and leave trap near kitchen sink or garbage can. Maybe even near house plants. They’re attracted to the fermentation smell and will go in the holes but will not be able to get out. Leave the trap there until you no longer see the flies. Also be sure sink drain is free of any pieces of food scrap.

            Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed the annoying fruit flies that seem to be everywhere? I feel like I’m killing at least 1 every other day.

                Whoever wrote the meeting was “orchestrated” was correct. The whole meeting was a sham. Everyone patting themselves on the back. You don’t introduce the board and candidates until after everyone votes. You leave no time for questions. Management shows ridiculous pictures and wastes time with a video and a stupid made up phrase. No one wants “events” and who cares about their social media. They showed a “hoarder’s ” apartment which is illegal. Some poor person has a problem and you disrespect them? They told us last year there were so many repairs and they did so much work. They used the same excuse this year for the unbelievably large supply expenses. Our shyster “treasurer” never introduced himself as such only as a board member and didn’t even stay for the whole meeting. The board president also says nothing. Emma, the lawyer has a big mouth. Everyone wanted to know if our maintenance will be raised. David told someone after- of course we have to pay for everything.

                If you want things to change, you cannot wait until 2 weeks before the election. You have to start NOW! Talk to your neighbors make the board accountable.

                  the world war two german  leader was quoted as saying that the bigger the lie the bigger the amount of people that will believe it. Our manager is THAT leader. Have we not learned from the past ?

                    What I notice most is before this board everyone got a monthly newsletter and when a special event was happening EVERYONE got a notice at their door.

                     

                    This board puts 2 or 3 notices in different places and we have to search for anything new. I think its because they don’t want to give us anything in writing because it can be used against them and the one notice signed BY ORDER OF THE BOARD is very WWII German-ish wording.

                      pretty on the outside , ugly on the inside best describes the con of “new “ elevators shareholders are paying for. The “new” elevator here at 98-05 has gotten stuck 3 times in 2 days of operation. The outer parts are new but guts are the same. It’s like painting your car with a screwed up transmission. WON’T RUN WELL !

                        I wasn’t there but from what I read here the board voiced all of the things they accomplished in the past year. What I noticed most is that in an entire year they never put anything in writing – not even their alleged accomplishments.

                        I live by the words “Talk is Cheap”. They might as well have just said they discovered a cure for cancer.

                        There’s another applicable expression “Pretty on the outside, Ugly on the inside”.

                         

                        I wonder how many fake proxies there will be this year?

                          The amount of money spent described by the management over the year has been overwhelming.    Was nice for them to thank the maintenance staff and security that replaced all of the good workers that were fired for all their efforts.

                              The meeting was well orchestrated and a very good attendance.  To my fellow shareholder’s that didn’t attend you missed a good annual meeting.  The amount of work described by the management over the year has been overwhelming.    Was nice for them to thank the maintenance staff and security for all their efforts, it shows.

                              I look forward to the results and the agenda going forward into 2024.

                                  shame !!!  Showing pictures and videos of the staff hard at work but didn’t say why those same members of staff were fired by david !
