I heard that Benjamin, Joseph and Carl voted against the stupid camera installations. Not sure how Renee voted but these are board members with common sense and and they could have saved us $844 thousand dollars if they were a majority on the board. Esther has been a shareholder since 1990 so she’s seen the changes of a wonderful place to live to the piece of crap we degraded to. These five people could be the new board majority with common sense and that is what is needed. They should be given that power to rein in the real estate people and David who manages like a bull in a China shop because he is totally inexperienced in managing anything and maybe he needs to take a drug test – in my opinion.
Also in my opinion Rose, Emily, Rakhmin, Igor and David and Scott should be investigated and sent to jail. Zarina should be banned from doing any business here for the next 10 years.
Many shareholders voted for false Russian promises. Those promises resulted in the TWICE OUR RENT Special Assessment in June AFTER they squandered most of the $30 million dollar mortgage. If you want to vote for them again you should walk bent over so they can do it to you again.
People hate to have their money wasted and really do not understand that it is the board who makes all the decisions. The board is invisible and they only know David and the office staff. Most of the shareholders do not access this group because they are apathetic or do not understand.
I personally hate David’s lying and the scam of Zarina and Rose. There are good board members and I will vote for them
We have been trying to educate our neighbors and speak to everyone.

I suspect that new board candidates who are running were added with the help of zarina and Rose, regarding Rene and emily cohen i don’t know either ( they are not new but they are neutral, practically useless on the board)
So i wouldn’t choose them either
just like Chandra Jain was kicked out, we CAN kick out management and some of the board members!
People we need to unite for that we need to find a good attorney who will help us and of course we need money to pay to the attorney ! No one will do it for free !
We have to organize meetings just like Zarina did and starts communicating with each other in order to make the change! Otherwise nothing will be done and change ! And we will be continuing writing comments here with no action!!!

Wasn’t Carle friends with the new board and teamed with them in the beginning?
With all the cameras everywhere, why is maintenance “missing” expensive equipment?
Why is no one arrested – unless the thief has access to the cameras? Gee who could that be?
Oh I forgot to say those are my personal opinions.
Just remember who originally brought the loud mouth lawyer to our coop. It was Rose and Zarina and David. The lawyer gets fat on our money because the men on the board are castrated by the bully lawyer.
We need a new board with a mix of some honest board members and some new members and the first thing they should do is get rid of David the fake manager Rose the fake president and the maybe also fake lawyer. We don’t need any real estate people or the crooked treasurer.
We have to cut off the limbs to save the body.
As a shareholder who cares, I’ve liked some of the changes the board has made. But I think it’s important to bring in new people to keep things interesting. The board said they would have limits on how long they can stay, organize events for candidates, and communicate better, but they haven’t done a good job with these promises. Even if you like the current board, wouldn’t it be a good idea to get some new folks involved?
Please don’t vote for Esther Markov and Anna Mord. They do not do what’s best for the coop they are both real estate agents looking for internal sales and money in their pockets. It is conflict of interest. We need smart people here. Please vote for Ajai he’s very smart and a Cpa. I’m sure he will do what’s ethical for us.

I am choosing 4-5 of our present board members who proved themselves trustworthy and want the best for park city !
While I did hear what I wrote (see 9:20 entry) from a reliable source, I still would prefer to hear from the candidates themselves as to what is actually happening and what their positions are. Unfortunately, there once again will not be a candidates night like we had in the past. Say what you want about the previous manager and board, but at least all the candidates were heard from.
I’m voting for ajai on the last page he seems like a reliable candidate also he is a cpa and he will know about the books and where the money is going. Please get all the bucharian scammers off of our board and rose as well who is not bucharian.
