I thought the chat was to privately discuss taking action against the board and David and we shouldn’t openly expose ourselves.
Respectfully what are you afraid of? Being sued? Don’t say any defamatory.
How do we know if we are signal-telegraph chatting with other shareholders or with Zarina, Rose, Scott or Emma’s people? That’s not private chats. It’s speaking out loud. How do we know who is forming the group? Who will vet the players?
We need something like the privacy assurance written at the bottom of the One Voice Registration page. Do we trust Ron to do it? Will he?
You need to “fight fire with fire”. Hire a lawyer (not Chandra’s) that will get our business if they are successful just as Zarina did with Emma. Then get a slate together and use the same tactics (gathering ballots and signatures) to make a change. Anything less wont succeed.

Legal fees for 2023 was over $230,000!! What was 2024? Why all the litigation? For David’s incompetence? What is David’s salary these days?
IMO Emma is like a lesbian with Zarina and David is their sugar baby . Why is it okay to mess with lives of shareholders and elderlies and making people pay more for all the money Zarina is stealing from the coop. I wonder how much bonus the board memebers cashed to themselves. Only way to tell is to get the general ledger from the accountant

YES! IMO David’s the fat schoolyard bully who gets off picking on the weak = the elderly shareholders who arenot happy with the way he cares for Zarina;s gifted toy. There are to many parts to the co-op toy it and he don’t know how to make it work so he takes out fustration on the weak that complain to him. Call 311 and about harassment of seniors.
David is like a child who believes Zarina gave him this co-op as a big toy to play with.
The lawyer we pay spends more time patching up his stupidity when it should be Akam’s lawyers who should shovel his s-hit.
In my opinion David is nothing but a thug and we all know unfit to manage our coop. My neighbor complained about the lack of heat and he told him if you don’t like it then move! What kind of response is that? He needs to go!
