Rose is a nice lady and it’s not her fault, she has to listen to the one above her.
Zarina needs to get sued for all the over charging , raising the fees in the coop, getting a double mortgage and all the unnecessary projects. Guess what, how can she get sued if the own board is her puppets and who she handpicked. She needs to get out. It’s like the movie Snow White and the wicked witch came about ruling the entire land and the land became filled with darkness. That’s Z. Oh yes and David, he married her for money and that’s a fact.
This is a follow-up to the post claiming Zarina attends the board meetings. I would not be surprised. In my opinion, she was in the meeting in the park also, when Rose was putting together her plan to take over the Board. This was the meeting that the former board President attended. At one point he had a half dozen people scolding him, Zarina was less than three feet from his face, to his left side, the one with the biggest mouth yelling at him. (in my opinion). Any woman that would marry a guy that is closer in age to her son, than herself, has no morals, but a lot of ego. But then again, young girls have been marrying old men for their money for a long time. So it’s ok for a young guy to marry an old woman for her money. What’s good for the goose, is good for the gander. Go David! There are websites on the internet where you can buy and then download pictures of anything, including pictures of rusty pipes for as little as 50 cents. You can view them for free. Shutterstock, and Getty Images are only a couple. Hundreds of images, hundreds! Anyone with time on their hands and wants to browse, can do so. If you find one of the pictures they sent all of us on a website, we slam them for yet another example of fraud. Like the one R and Z put on at the park meeting. How was the performance Rose put on Zarina? Actually, you were BOTH pretty good.
Yeah it’s definitely rigged, the way David made his presidential office I don’t think he built that for another manager to take over. He obviously built it for himself knowing or believing he will be here for many years because of his Physcic predication. Z put her mark here like a mafia

AKAM is very aware of all the fraud going on, I’m surprised they continue to engage, they are just worried about that payment each month. Attorney, Zarina (the hidden dictator) behind all of this David and all of board need to go. I believe a lot of fraud and corruption going on.

Question, I submitted a post on 9/5/24 at 3:33 pm. that began with – On 2 separate occasions. Right above it on 9/5/24 at 9:31 pm. is a post that begins – Watch out for the spam idiot. Was this post of yours directed at my post? I’m curious because I sense that you are just as fed up with what is going on at this complex and I believe our Board President is under the direct control of her employer, and boss. Our President does not work with Zarina, she is Zarina’s employee, and does what she is told regarding all operations and spending projects in our building, in my opinion. I want them out, and a separate legal action taken against our Board President for financial damages she caused the co-op through doubling the mortgage with more borrowing as part of the refinancing, which I believe was demanded of her by her boss, Zarina. Let me know if you consider this to be spam too. But first, look up the definition of the word spam, and what the intent of spam is.

You cannot accuse a specific person of fraud or a devious action but you can “suspect” or “personally believe” there is fraud/action by unnamed members of the board or management. Followers of this website will know exactly who your unnamed persons are.

On 2 separate occasions I shared my thoughts on how to have most of the board fired, and not being satisfied with just that, how to hold the Board President personally responsible for financial damages inflicted upon shareholders as evidenced by the decline in unit values through her actions, and approval of overspending. Very easy to verify. We have the most secure, visually monitored garbage dumpsters in the world. Is this how you increase shareholder value? This is a RESIDENCE Rose, not RIKERS ISLAND. Zarina is filling her pockets and went way overboard in the spending and your the one on the hook because you approved it. She out-foxed you. “Of course this is only my opinion”. (Ha,Ha,Ha). On one such post I spent 45 minutes putting together the information, was very careful to not be “offensive”, and my submission was blocked by the over bearing censorship software in use here. Walden Terrace and Park Plaza unit values have held up well during these times of high interest rates, and even increased in value. Park City Estates and Park City 3 & 4 have gone down, substantially. That’s on your Board President’s shoulders. MY OPINION OF COURSE. Going forward, I will be posting the process in small pieces, like this, in the event I again get blocked and the corrections I need to make will be easier to find. There is much more to this and more people involved than just these two! The series will be called Judgement Day, stay tuned.
The fact that David made a brand new office for himself as soon as he became president so he can wine and dine with his secretaries says a lot about him. Also getting these new chairs like he’s the president of America. Disgrace to see so much fraud and greed going on.
Fake pictures mailed showing pictures of the pipes being dirty. How about the fact that he really didn’t change the elevator like he should have and just covered up the issues with china fake design and billed the project as if it was a whole brand new elevator.
