On 2 separate occasions I shared my thoughts on how to have most of the board fired, and not being satisfied with just that, how to hold the Board President personally responsible for financial damages inflicted upon shareholders as evidenced by the decline in unit values through her actions, and approval of overspending. Very easy to verify. We have the most secure, visually monitored garbage dumpsters in the world. Is this how you increase shareholder value? This is a RESIDENCE Rose, not RIKERS ISLAND. Zarina is filling her pockets and went way overboard in the spending and your the one on the hook because you approved it. She out-foxed you. “Of course this is only my opinion”. (Ha,Ha,Ha). On one such post I spent 45 minutes putting together the information, was very careful to not be “offensive”, and my submission was blocked by the over bearing censorship software in use here. Walden Terrace and Park Plaza unit values have held up well during these times of high interest rates, and even increased in value. Park City Estates and Park City 3 & 4 have gone down, substantially. That’s on your Board President’s shoulders. MY OPINION OF COURSE. Going forward, I will be posting the process in small pieces, like this, in the event I again get blocked and the corrections I need to make will be easier to find. ALERT for co-op car owners
Now our cars have stickers to enter the garage so I asked the office a question about driving a loaner or rental for a few weeks while my sticker-ed and damaged car is being fixed.
The office answer was basically “too bad about your damaged car being fixed but you can park your loaner or rental car on the street” (not in the garage space I am paying for).
The office has no plans to give us a “temporary” sticker when our cars are out of service. But they still want you to pay for your empty space.
How soon can we get a board and management that attends to the needs of the shareholders???
We voted them all in and we can vote them all out!

I just want to say if you’re 100% sure the election is rigged you have a legal right to challenge the election. Im sure there are a lot of shareholders interested in doing just that.

Yes there is cheating and thats why when you mail or hand in your ballot you should cross out all of the names you are not voting for. Use a marker to cover the name. This board operates just like Putin.
To protest you should cross out all of the board member names, using a black marker, and mail the ballot in.
