These buildings are disgusting. The infestation of roaches and mice just keeps getting worst. These buildings are worst than the projects. Instead of painting little benches in the playground and focusing on the flowers blooming how about you focus and getting rid of all these roaches and mice. Nasty.!!

Regarding reduced maintenance – I personally heard from an elderly Russian senior in my building who said that shareholders would be promised a lower monthly maintenance bill. He was also asked for a campaign contribution and he gave $100. I doubt that he or anyone else actually got a reduced bill in spite of the rumors. At least I hope it’s not the case.

This is Ron… (or if those idiots would prefer Ronald J. Migut):
To clarify my conversation with an attorney – she was doing a personal favor for me by reviewing the co-op By Laws and website THOUGHTS.
This is an open forum so I will not mention the items that I did discuss with her… or her responses and suggestions.
Factually, right now, she is just a friend who happens to be an attorney. I have not yet officially engaged her or her firm to represent me.
There is no need to be concerned with contributing to her fees. As a tenants association, any fees will be funded by me personally.
I don’t want to say anything more at this time.
Also, I don’t like keeping you in the dark but Rome wasn’t built in a day… it was done one brick at a time.

To the prior comment, this is hearsay I’ve heard from multiple people, that members of Zarina’s community were promised reduced maintenance after the election for cash payments. The question is did they get what they paid for or did they loss their bribes

I wonder if David and Zarina’s family are not paying maintenance. Half of them live in park city.

Ron, you could setup at a fundraiser site like gofundme.com where shareholders could contribute to a legal fund. Hopefully many any of us would wish to contribute.

I agree the time has come that we shareholders unite and get legal representation. I believe we all received that anonymous letter which summarizes the misappropriation of our funds and the disgusting nepotism. The 8 Board members should all be personally liable. They have all agreed to the current condition of our Coop. If they continue they will put the value of our homes in jeopardy. I know I for one will contribute to assist you Ron.

Ron, many people would be happy to contribute to the effort, please let us know how we could organize a fund raiser. Please be sure to ask your lawyer what options are possible to reclaim stolen/misdirected funds. If criminal charges are pursued could these conspirators lose their shares to be sold to reimburse for damages?

ONE VOICE has talked with a killer attorney. I engaged her once before but she’s now with a new firm. She’s been reviewing our website By Laws and all 23 pages of THOUGHTS. I hope to have a conference call with her this week.
In the past I committed to $7k in legal fees to fight Jain & company. This is much bigger and I’ve reserved sufficient funds to initiate an aggressive action – subject to my attorneys guidance.
This Board, amongst other things, has violated the mandatory BCL 713 requirement because they believe they are above the law.
It has no leadership. It is a classic example of disorganization and nepotism.
It all stops now!

ps: to co-op Secretary. Carl Godlewski, you have been advised TWICE of my demand to view Minutes of the Board for the period October 2021 to date and have failed to respond. Please familiarize yourself with the By Laws duties of the co-op Secretary and comply with the demands of my prior attorney and my subsequent email. You cannot hide in a corner. It will not go away and you might have to explain your negligence in court depending on my attorney’s course of action.

anyone have word on an annual shareholder meeting or election? Will it get to a point where shareholders will need to hire a lawyer or go the attorney general’s office? In my opinion they will keep everyone in the dark until the refi is finished and money is looted.

Hey, aside from the postage – how much is Akam charging us in handling fees to mail out our Board letters?
By the way, all of the Akam letters posted on doors and walls everywhere are out of date.
As for Board aliases don’t forget Kashzilli. What’s he hiding with a name change?
Is anyone on the board using their real name?????
Guest
HA! NOW you get it. “No Fees, No assessments” Bull cocky!
I wonder how they can get a fair majority vote with only eight members of the Board.
Do we need Greek philosopher Diogenes to find an honest man to fill our 9 member board (oh well, it’s already too late for that).
Who the hell is coop Treasurer Dekhano? Remember when it used to be Dekhkanov?
Is that another name change to hide arrest records like David/Navid. No one speaks of him anymore but it wasn’t speeding tickets, it was ARRESTS!

The new secretary is shit. Doris needs to come back and it’s not nice they did that to her.

And they said no house rule fees until all shareholders agree to them. Have you seen the Akam $100 posting on the garbage room door. Everything is going to be $100 for whatever they feel like. They must need it to keep the Ms Z and Rose in jewelry and perfume. There’s so much BS with this board that it’s like listening to Joe Biden say “no more taxes”. We need to borrow shovels from a horse stable to deal with what they are dishing out.
