I agree that more new people have to run. Many of us on this page have lived here a long time and are older and have health issues or work constraints. We need younger people who are in professions that would be helpful- accountants, lawyers, engineers.

There’s another way to remove directors – RUN FOR OFFICE! Instead of posting here, you should have been a candidate and do the work to go around collecting undated proxies. It’s easy to sit back and post on this site instead of taking the time and effort to run. And don’t say that it doesn’t pay since “the election is rigged”. If you photo all your proxies with dates you have proof. Companies like Honest Ballot do not want bad publicity regarding a contested election, so they’ll have to abide by the results. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE INCOMPETENCE.
Was it more important for them to improve landscaping even though the existing landscaping was acceptable rather than caution us of a clean water issue?

tonite was our annual cro-oks meeting. again there was a visual screen of the property pictures and construction things that supposedly were done in the buildings. It’s real purpose was for Navid to burn up as much daylite as possible so that when it got to looking at the financial report it was too dark to read.
Navid said we have been drinking washing and bathing in water from filthy water tanks. He must have just noticed it because I dont remember any previous notices that we should use bottled water or boil what we have. Instaed we were allowed to go through our lives using contaminated water.
so if you got or are sick because of the filty water he talked about – sue Akam for damages. Sue the board members individually for not disclosing it (as if they really knew). Funny thing is that he talked a lot about ripping out pipes and water lines but I never saw any of the bad stuff being thrown out or the new stuff coming into our buildings, Kinda hard to miss all those rusted pipes being trashed or trucks of new pipes. Did you see any? Me neither!

IMO Zarina is the scam and continues to do it scamming us and others only cares about her lavish lifestyle… don’t know what will be going forward for the the rest of the investors at stake. Seems like the world is upside down nowadays evil is luring everywhere
