DAVID IS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, THAT’S AKAM.

THE CATCH IS THAT ALL MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE EMPLOYED BY THE CO-OP. THE BOARD IS THEIR BOSS. DAVID JUST MANAGES THE MEN ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD. SO WHEN DAVID ASKS THE BOARD TO HIRE OR FIRE SOMEONE – HE IS GETTING “SHAREHOLDER PERMISSION” FROM THE CO-OP BOARD. THATS WHY WE ARE LIABLE.
THE BOARD IS CORRUPT AND STUPID TO GIVE DAVID AUTHORITY OVER MAINTENANCE MEN. THE BOARD MUST GO!
REPLACE THE BOARD FOR INCOMPETENCE; FIRE DAVID; AND HIRE A FORENSIC ACCOUNTANT TO GO OVER OUR BOOKS SO WE CAN PROSECUTE THE BOARD FOR WHITE COLLAR THEFT. ALSO INVESTIGATE THE LEGAL FEES AS THE LAWYER CAN ONLY DEFEND THE CO-OP NOT DAVID PERSONALLY!
AS FOR ENIS, HIS LAST EMPLOYER KNOWS ENIS CAN MAKE OTHER PEOPLES MONEY DISAPPEAR AND THATS WHY HE FIRED ENIS. IF HE’S IN YOUR APARTMENT WATCH EVERYWHERE HE GOES AND WHAT HE TOUCHES. ALSO TRUE OF THE LITTLE SECURITY GUY.

obviously the only way an employee who gets fired and is able to sue because they have evidence that they were Har****+as***es. Therefore David is unprofessional and put this coop as LIABLE due to his negligent actions. We have a BOZO super Enis who also needs to get out doesn’t know how to fix anything!

The key word is settled. We SETTLED for 250,000 as discovery was coming close and questions were coming up about how D avid was hired. Ask yourself why?

We should counter sue as shareholders and let the courts know that Zarina is the one that should pay. She had an issue with Doris from before, why should we pay for the actions of Zarina and who she hates.

Because of their loud mouths and threatening to sue various people including tenants also getting the attorney more billing and more payments to her we have to pay Doris. So we are paying for the unlawful actions for the property manager because Zarina couldn’t stand Doris, for reasons from the past. Why should feelings he put in this. In my perspective Doris should have never been fired to begin with she has way more experience than any other person sitting in that rotten office.
