obviously the only way an employee who gets fired and is able to sue because they have evidence that they were Har****+as***es. Therefore David is unprofessional and put this coop as LIABLE due to his negligent actions. We have a BOZO super Enis who also needs to get out doesn’t know how to fix anything!
The key word is settled. We SETTLED for 250,000 as discovery was coming close and questions were coming up about how D avid was hired. Ask yourself why?
We should counter sue as shareholders and let the courts know that Zarina is the one that should pay. She had an issue with Doris from before, why should we pay for the actions of Zarina and who she hates.
Unfortunately there is no way to avoid this disaster. Anyone who wants to pretend things are okay is basically willing to pay for all these F*** ups we have no say in. Navid is a AKAM employee why are we responsible for these costs
Because of their loud mouths and threatening to sue various people including tenants also getting the attorney more billing and more payments to her we have to pay Doris. So we are paying for the unlawful actions for the property manager because Zarina couldn’t stand Doris, for reasons from the past. Why should feelings he put in this. In my perspective Doris should have never been fired to begin with she has way more experience than any other person sitting in that rotten office.

Of course, what do you expect. They know they have a majority of Russians and Chinese living here that can barely speak English will vote them in time and time again. What is the board comprised of ? Zarina and her husband Navid Ahadian (who also goes by the name Davic Javidan) are living real well off the kickbacks they have been pocketing.
