To the previous post. Yes, you are absolutely right in term that David and his company don’t have any idea what they are doing. They only want power and money. Same as Chandra, who (allegedly) had made so much money from our coop, and in some point it was not enough for him, so he was so desperate for power and that was his biggest mistake. Hitler wanted a power also. You know what happened. So, if you want to bring Chandra back you will not be successful. So many people hate him. I’m not even sure in this point how he can live with this big hate behind him. Either company is not good. We need someone who cares about our coop at least a little more then money.
I think we have seen enough of what this new board is all about. They are all a bunch of spineless people. Also Dickhead David has no idea what he’s doing that they hired another person to do his job. But don’t worry David is still busy getting busy with Z….
This place was not perfect before with the previous board. I’d be the first to tell you. But is anything in this world perfect? Absolutely not. As far as I know and this is from good source, one of the board of directors already mad at all what is going on there and had a fight with all of them. He tried to kick Rose out from the presidency therefore no one supported him at all and he is ready to resign. We need to contact him

There is no need to increase monthly fees , they will simple borrow money to pay friends and relations of ms Z for all the “emergency” projects they have planned, also payouts to lawyers, managers, etc. Once the building is maxed out they will declare insolvency and ms Z will offer to buy out your unit for 30k, like the playbook activists used in Anita Terrace. All sales will be via Rose.
I heard that the shareholder working in the office is Scott Schilder. Is he being paid? Where is the budget for 2022 that should have been distributed to shareholders? Supposedly Manager David will be sharing this information with us in the coming weeks. It will be interesting to see how anything will be paid for given that the inflation rate continues to rise but there was no maintenance increase this year.

Poor David. He needed to hire him since he has no Management experience and needs to keep a back up and pretend he is the one doing all the work.

Regarding the next election. In the past, candidates for the board had to say that they were running by the end of March for an election in the middle of May. I have a feeling that the current board members will try to postpone the election until October since that’s when the last delayed election was held. Does anyone know if our bylaws state when the election should be held? Hopefully, the sooner the better.
And to continue to the last post. Those people, most of them, who is on the board don’t know what they are doing. Manager has no idea what he is doing. So they call lawyer for every question who charges, she said it herself, $450 per hour. Next question will be. How much already the board spent for legal fee? Or another question. How much they spend each month for legal fee? 30k? So we have nice company. Clueless Manager and the board, and ms Z with lawyer who are here to make money. While they take money from us, they are trying to impress people with clean buildings. And most of it they think people are stupid and don’t see what’s going on. Unbelievable .
It’s so pathetic what’s happening here. I don’t know if I should cry or laugh. Lol the real joke is going to be on these phony’s real soon. They actually think they so smart and can keep getting away with so much fraud and corruption. How on earth did Akam hired a General Manager with no Management experience . shareholders, open your eyes and make a change. You don’t have to bring Chandra back but find a Manager that actually have some Management experience and that cares about this Co-op and will do the right things by you.
