We all need to contact the board and remove this Davis or Navid ans lawyer girlfriend of his and start fresh with the temporary manager that was here. Thomas was a super nice guy. He got the garage door fixed when he was here for two weeks. Nobody else did. We need to formally a committee to remove the various board members and get a new manager asap.

Did anyone heard what happened in park city estate? Is that true that board fired the manager and AKAM is coming there? It’s same scenario as in our coop. I wander if same people were involved there. It’s really smells as a big corruption. Something should be investigated.
Not sure how he knows what’s right if he never worked as a coop manager. So Now him and the company will try to do the best to impress to get re-elected again. I only want to know where they will get money from if (old manager) left us with nothing? And how all of us will pay for it later? Also,you want to tell me if my job was only to sell some jewelry here and there, but I always wanted to work as a manager for a big company I can just lie to people and they will give me my dream job, a manager position with 180k? Is that how it works? And now I’ll impress people with what has been done so people will forget how I got this position?
That’s why we separated from the Estates – anywho IMHO Rose must go as for David/Navid let’s see how he does maybe his fine salary at something legal motivates him to do the right thing

Wait a minute! WE voted for nine people but two of them quit so who are the replacements? Newsletters use to say the name and job of the old board. How come this board is not telling us who are new people and what every ones job now is. They hiding more truth?

People of park city. Contact the board of directors to have this manager removed and bring in Thomas who temporarily filled in a few weeks ago. He made a great impression on us shareholders and maintenance men. He’s on LinkedIn. Check him out.
Anyone serving as the lawyer for Park City has to work for all the shareholders and not just for one group, and that includes not just working for Board members. In addition, the Board Secretary is required to convene a special meeting if 25% of all shareholders agree for a new election to be held.
