Our new property manager has lived in 97-10 for a long time (my building) He’s personable but is Zalina on the board? I was surprised to find out that our property manager was chosen for us but not by us.

How did Zalina get the authority to choose our property manager? She maybe less competent-let’s see if or new manager can work a legal job-if not the both of them should be voted out.
What can we do to protest this hire? Can we call or email AKAM?
The board is a joke. I’d would NOT vote for anyone on this board in 2022.
Hoping for some fresh honest candidates that are NOT afraid of what’s going on.
If he really is Navid Ahadian then a shareholder’s background trace report shows he has several arrests – drugs in 2013; switching license plates on cars; an assault and a robbery arrest. Some as recent as 2019 and most in the states of Maryland and Connecticut. Another search shows Navid Ahadian’s only occupation was a freelance jeweler working out of a house in Huntington Station and a building in our co-op. There is also the fact that no one can find an internet (Google) reference for David Javidan even though he claims to have been a property manager for “thousands of buildings”. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Is our new manager, “David Javidan”, also known as “Navid Javidan”, really named Navid Ahadian? If so, why the deception? And what do the new Board members really know about him? Did they do a thorough job researching each candidate and, once again, why didn’t they choose the most experienced candidate? Was it because of the connection between Zalina and him? Lots of questions, awaiting answers.

Even there were no real estate agents on the board but they are people who in real estate business and also investors looking to make many dollars off park city. They had no interest to make park city better. Their only interest was to make their pockets full and get as many investor units as Chandra’s allow them. They let Chandra make every decisions instead they could do their business in park city. But when money was already not enough for Chandra he decided to get power. He started to act like he owns the park city and that was a big mistake. We have same situation now. We have board members who did what they were told by Ms Z and the lawyer without even thinking twice and got this manager. They didn’t care to explain why they did it because there is not one good reason for that. They don’t care that shareholders don’t like their choice and continue with lies. Yes, maybe they don’t know much as they are new to be on the board. That’s why some people from the old board should be there to help. If they cared too much they will never let Lalit go, as he got most votes and should be on the board. But he mysteriously left and lady lawyer” had no idea” why. Mr Kramberg should also stay as he was very happy to help to the new board and all of the sudden he also left. I started to think that they were on someone else’s way to succeed and were made to go. Even they left why next person on the list for the board wasn’t selected? If they started with lie I don’t see how they want to succeed. I don’t even see how this manager even continues to work here if so many shareholders don’t like him. He resides in park city for long time and now he acts like he doesn’t know anyone. He just passes by people without even saying hi. Now tell me will normal person work in this kind of environment knowing that he is not welcome here? But he will without even clearing anything for shareholders.
Mohammed, do you want to give us answers on this chat or you want to talk to people secretly. Do understand that shareholders don’t like board choice of GM who couldn’t even introduce himself. People don’t like that manager , whatever his name is, who started with lie about his name and didn’t give us any information about himself. Maybe you want to explain people and give us his real name, the name on the passport if he has one or any other legal documents, places he worked before with his title and years of working, who referred him here and why most of the people on the board gave him preference instead of the other guy who has 30 years of experience. Here is the answer to your questions. People don’t like the board because they couldn’t even do simple thing. Get a good manager for the coop. That shows their incompetence or how they don’t care about the coop.
Mohammed you are the last person to be trusted by park city shareholders, you have many investments in park city and was thrown out by Chandra for illegal doings. No one needs your two senses here. Thank you. Keep your interests to yourself. All of a sudden this board is filled with the interest of real estate agents and investors looking to make a dollar off off park city. SMH!!!
I will not get surprised if the current board will announce bankruptcy of the coop and put everything on Chandra. Watch. We should get together and change the board before they do enough damage. Does anyone know that the garage door is still not working in 9805? It’s been more then 2 weeks now. It was never fixed. How long will it take for them to fix it? Elevators are shaking and People are getting stuck in there. Workers are upset. Shareholders are upset. But not the board or AKAM done nothing about it. They got what they wanted. Now they don’t really care. I think we should start calling to 311 and department of buildings with complaints. We should finally get people on the board who really care about our coop.
New office manager say hes name is David Javidan. We cannot find hes name using google or no where in internet. He say he work for thousands of buildings in many parts of NY. Why google cannot find him? Some people say hes real name is Navid Ahadian and got a tracing report for that name. Report showing drug use – a lot of traffic violations – and some criminal misdemeanors all from 2013 to 2019 most in Maryland and connecticut. Why when we tell this to Akam they do not do full background check and tell us?

Why did the attorney ran and grabbed the mike the night of the meeting when the audience asked the qualifications of the new GM.??🤔 sounds kinda fishy. Why couldn’t new GM speak for himself. Is he shy. 😂😂😂 Really think you all need to wake up and make that a priority. Where did Navid worked before Park City 3&4 Apts.We need answers.!!!

I feel bad for Chandra. All the Maintence workers and security guards seem to adore the New management and two faced him. It won’t be long till they fire all of the Spanish ones and and put the Russian mafia here. Happy new year to all! Looking forward to new beginnings. Cheers!!
