There is no reason for there to be maintenance increases in the prior years one for 5.5% and 6.5% and then now 2.5% there was no major Improvements going on on around around the buildings, so basically all the costs are going to a camp and the payroll with all the new employees there is no reason for everything to have went so high. There was no major capital improvements. Nothing throughout the years David claims he did a phony garage project the garage door still breaks every day.
