            People keep complaining about the board, but who’s responsible for electing them and keeping them in? Even if you think something happens in the election, there is a mechanism to remove the entire board. However, if no one wants to put in the work you can’t expect to avoid the consequences

                Scott has a lot of leverage and personal things on David that is why David is afraid to fire him and keep him there. I don’t know if anyone else knows this but just letting you know.

                  everyone, the purpose of Scott being in our office is so that David has an extra person on payroll which he is cashing out some of that money to himself and that is his agreement with Scott. This should be a financial concern for all shareholders in the co-op.

                    Security changes are coming from  david’s stupid idea of listening to scott. His “consultant”. A man who has always had it out for the maintenance staff and is doing the same to them.

                           Akam intends to ‘rotate’ our building security staff by moving them to another building EVERY THREE MONTHS.
                          Akam put in 8 hundred thousand dollars of cameras $800,000.00 as security. The cameras offer no security to shareholders. Having cameras everywhere does not prevent you from being a victim of a break-in, as*sault, or robbery.  Security cameras serve the police only, as AFTER THE FACT, of you being a victim.

                          Our real security is being jeopardized by Akam switching our door security people around. The daytime security people KNOW the tenants and KNOW their little children and KNOW the common shareholder visitors (shareholder’s adult children, shareholder’s visiting parents or siblings, homecare helpers, etc) usually by sight.

                          This STUPIDITY is expected to take place as early as Monday. These moves serve no purpose except to agitate seniors (that comprise about 75% of shareholders) in the hope that we will leave our apartments so that Akam and Board can get triple the income by renting the apartments.

                          Akam & Board are openly STEALING the last shareholder benefit we have – our front line security.

                            There is no fraud just people complaining a whole bunch, this site has proof of non compliance in by laws but wouldnt post the fraud?
