      As REMINDER

      “Dear Neighbors,

Sometimes, all it takes are a few well placed strikes to topple a giant. In this case, a few calls to the Queens District Attorney’s office can start the ball rolling for an official investigation that will hopefully rid us of this giant headache of Navid, Zarina, and crew.

I called the DA’s office today to file an official complaint. They asked me to submit my grievances in writing, and will get back to me. I asked if there were other complaints about the current management, and he said there were.

The more complaints, the more they will take this seriously. We don’t need to hire lawyers when we already pay for lawyers with our tax dollars. If there are crimes being committed, which we all believe there are, then they should be punished and removed by the laws that protect us.

If you can post your grievances and knowledge of crimes being committed in this forum, then you can easily call and send your complaints to the DA’s office too.

Here is the information to contact the Queens DA’s office: 718-286-6000

There is a case where the president of. coop board actively engaged in discrimination and was held personally liable for damages instead of the coop

To the below poster we wouldn’t pay as Doris and The manager are akam employees provided to Park City so it’s an issue with Akam

Anyone have any knowledge of the outcome of Doris’s civil suit against N avid/A k  scam/ and Park City 3 & 4? This was filed I believe 2/21/24.

In my opinion, Doris will be awarded a very large settlement, which we shareholders will be paying. The court papers list N avid A–n, as a defendant and IMO her attorney may have requested the judge to have both David J–an who fired her, and N–avid A–an, to appear in court simultaneously. This would have exposed A scam as a fraud by employing the same individual while having 2 separate names for this one individual. This in my opinion,  will or has led to a substantial settlement to hide A scam’s criminality. After all, we shareholders, not A scam, will pay the settlement. Maybe that’s how a large part of the borrowed cash disappeared. Like I said, only my opinion.

To the person calling the manager an idiot, dont be so mean

The manager may go cry to his wife and complain about you just like he cried to her to get a job and is crying to her about how much he hates this job

Only reason he’s even here is because she has more of a backbone than him

There are two types of gas meters.  Most have a cord attached to plug it into the wall – a few others are battery operated. You can find them online at Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot. Prices vary.

Before you order make sure there’s enough elecrtic cord to reach from your wall socket to within 12 inches from the ceiling and that its NFPA 715 standard.  Best to visit store and ask or send information request to Amazon supplier.

If the management office wants my respect maybe they should understand some people already have gas detector before they spend 73 dollars buying a 50 dollar product for all of us. The manager is an idiot

Does anyone have ideas or suggestions on how to better communicate with shareholders?

It’s one thing to complain but we need to cast a wider net and discuss these issues with others
