KeymasterLots of immaturity shown on Dec 16th since “ahead” is one word.
For the person who commented on my Army attire – you should have Googled me. I do have 10 military awards. None are for Heroism. In addition to what’s seen on Google, I served two terms on the Board of Governors for the 1st Cavalry Division Association (30,000 members) and wrote a column in the association newspaper for 3+ years. I wear what I wear because I am proud of my service during, and after, the Vietnam War.
What do you have, other than a foreign passport? You probably ran to AMERICA to avoid military service in your own country.
While I’m on the subject of cowards, there are many in this co-op who cheat on their Federal, State, and City taxes and file for non-deserved NYC DoF benefits just by changing a few letters on your surname. That might have been acceptable in your country but it is not in AMERICA.
To use a Holiday lyric, I’m making a list. I’m checking it twice. I’m gonna find out who’s naughty or nice – and your “Santa” could be one of Biden’s 80,000 new IRS agents. I believe it’s Federal fines up to $250,000 and up to five years in prison.
I’ll leave the childish postings up for a few days so that the decent shareholders can see the ignorance of their neighbors.

I’m glad someone else sees the potential problems with intentionally leaving the garage doors wide open.
Guest
Yeah idk why they changed the garage doors. It’s no difference than the previous garage doors, it was the same issues.

Since we touched the topic of security can someone please tell me why the garage doors remain open throughout the day/evening? It is a liability for the Coop. I have personally seen people almost get hit by a car because they don’t see a car coming in as they walk out through the garage overhead door and not use the pedestrian door. I’ve seen a cat roaming the garage and while I didn’t see the squirrel go into the garage it was right by the door entrance. In the winter these animals tend to nest in the car engines. It’s also well known news that there is a black market for catalytic converters. This Management is not thinking of our safety or the theft of our cars/parts. But should anyone encounter any of these issues you have a great legal case because clearly the Management and Board have failed to take basic preventive measures.

I think David would work well as head of security and Doris as property manger! We need peace! It wasn’t right to fire Doris that is not nice from the board! Even if she was pre new board, it wasn’t right to do that to her! Have a good day!

if zarina and scott help david get a head is that why you want david to be the head for security?

Thanks Ron for deleting any and all political comments. Let’s prevent this from becoming a site for sore lies (LOL).

KeymasterFor what it is worth, the Navid/Zarina/Russian members of the Board are over confident in believing they cannot be touched.
But that’s what courts are for and there’s still that real estate license revocation that the both of them should consider.
They all feel like they’re “on top of the world” but its just another Titanic.
I deleted all of the trash comments and I will delete all of the Yura posts going forward. Politics have no place on this website.

The new board is not bad, but it needs new blood not associated with the current board
I hope we get one or two strong outside candidates, like Valerie, to improve the board

Isn’t there a conflict of interest law that prevents board members who perform duties that conflict with their outside interests? Our board president Rose, who is a real estate agent working for Zarina and doing the admissions interviews, has a clear conflict of interest. Why would she deny anyone who is her own customer? Is there any city agency that handles such situations?

Is there something wrong with our water. Last week a woman said bathtub water came out yellow when she wanted to bathe her kid.
What is that yellow stuff?
Do traces of it remain in the pipes?
Concerns me because I brush my teeth while showering. I haven’t been out of my apartment since Tuesday – not even to pick up mail – and yesterday and today I am experiencing several potty trips each day.
If others are experiencing the same thing we need to notify NYC Department of Environmental Protection using 311 to file a complaint.
Regardless – we need management to advise what the yellow chemical is and how long traces of it will remain in our pipes.
Also, how come the toilet water is staining our toilet bowls? It’s been happening periodically just in this year. What is that jerk putting in our water tanks?
SERIOUSLY – WE NEED ANSWERS TO THE YELLOW WATER AND BOWL STAINING.
IS THE NEW BOARD LISTENING????
