Yes our views are gone blocked by newly constructed buildings:(
Question-how are Park City shareholders’ property values being impacted by the following? Surrounding new high rise RENTALs and the “Sears” building’s inability to retain a permanent tenant? OR is there no impact on our property values? Looking forward to responses-thanks. 9737#12H
With all of the new buildings and the future construction (CVS to JC on 63rd Road and Junction Blvd across from Dallas BBQ) our co-op will offer very few apartment with a scenic view. We are being swallowed up by progress.
When the rumors began about CVS closing, they also included building an apartment building on the site. If you look at an overhead view on Google Earth of 63rd Road, you’ll see the roof of the former CVS and the roof of the stores to the left of that which includes JC’s Chinese and the Produce store. That would indicate that someone wants to build a major structure on the site.
We just heard that the JC’s Chinese and Produce store are also closing at the end of next month. Anyone know if they are going to put up a Building on these VACANT Stores?
nothing is going to change so stop wasting your precious time with all the blah blah blah back and forth. Zerina, Rose, Emma & David got you all in their pockets.!!!
Yes they are switching to con Edison another bs scheme he came up with so he can make kickbacks. It’s good for him but not for us!!!! We don’t need to change electric company and they are just going to do it like that and once they do it they don’t notify us. They just do it and then send the letter to all of us that they did. What kind of board do we have???
Is the switch to Con Edison a definite plan? When? Hope not! Except for snafu in last billing that raised some shareholders electricity charge the current company is fine. Our bill will definitely increase under Con Ed!
