Beware of a robbery scheme that’s happened in Briarwood and in Kew Gardens.A man approaches (mostly elderly women who are walking around outside wearing necklaces or chains) and in a kindly manner he opens a conversation (do you live here? is this a safe neighborhood for my family? or something to that effect). Then he says something like “Thank you. That makes me so very happy. Can I give you a hug?” and does it without waiting for an answer.All pretty much harmless until the woman goes home and realizes she no longer has her gold chain or necklace.In another instance the guy approaches a man and claims to be lost. He shares viewing his cellphone and places his hand on the victim’s shoulder and back and taps it as they are discussing where he’s at on the phone map and how to find the inquired location.Again, its done so fast and smoothly the victim doesn’t realize his chain is gone until he gets home or a few blocks away.The area’s Chinese community is unsure if its more than one thief but for certain they know one is an Indian with a slight accent and pleasant mannerism.Pass this warning on to friends known to wear jewelry around their neck.SUGGESTION : If ever approached – yell loudly GET AWAY FROM ME! About the Mayor race.
If a mayor screws up badly he can be impeached.
If the communist wins and is impeached he’ll claim prejudice and racism and NYC will go nuts with an excuse for rioting.
On the other hand if its Cuomo and he’s impeached – NO ONE WILL CARE.
I heard many say they aren’t going to vote because they don’t like any of them. THAT’s WRONG!
By not voting (for Cuomo) you’re going to put a communist in power and he can “drop a load” on us and we;ll all be too afraid to open our mouths.

Why are the Christmas decorations up two months early? It’s not even Halloween. They are tacky and waste electricity.
WHY??? When we are paying $50,000 (fifty thousand dollars) a year for exterminating are there more and more roaches showing up in apartments, garbage rooms and mail rooms?
Considering that the exterminator is getting $20,000 (twenty thousand dollars) MORE than the previous exterminator we shouldn’t be seeing anything -ever!
