I’m voting for ajai on the last page he seems like a reliable candidate also he is a cpa and he will know about the books and where the money is going. Please get all the bucharian scammers off of our board and rose as well who is not bucharian.
Is anyone aware of anybody collecting proxies this year?

Not sure who to vote for. Thought that the new candidates might be good, but heard that the board is trying to push present board members like Carl Godlewski off by adding people like Howard Jung and Esther Leitner that will vote their way. This is what happens when we don’t get enough good people running each year.
To stop them from cheating bring your PROXY to the meeting and sign and date it in front of the Honest Ballot person.
You don’t have to stay for the meeting but HANDING IT IN assures you no one will steal your vote.
Last year there were over 380 proxies that were fakes because the board loyalists were forging names and dating their paper proxies with the date of the meeting.
If you want to use someones full name and accuse them of something – like stealing- you should also use your name in the same comment. so that person can sue you for slander.
The proper way to say something like that is to use the words “allegedly stealing”. That’s non-libelous.
Because of the programing restrictions I was forced to impose (because of vulgar attacks on me personally) my editing options are very limited so when an non-editable situation comes up my only choice is to delete the entire comment.
I have no idea if you are the woman who says she lived here for 20 years or the woman who now says 26 years. (I can usually tell the women’s comments from the men’s by their writing styles). The comments I had to delete, other than yours, were rushed and contrary to each other and, yes, I believe written by “the other side”. I am PRO honest shareholders and ANTI the current board and manager.
As I said, use “allegedly” whenever you’re attacking someone or use “in my personal opinion”. But never use a person’s full name and accuse them of anything.
I received my Proxy today. FYI I will vote for JUST Joseph, Carl, and Benjamin. I either do not know or do not trust any of the others.

Today, the only working elevator in 9805 is not working. They told us the company will be here in 2 hours. David told everyone that the new elevator maintenance company is great and would be on call for us. 2 hours is not on call. We have many elderly and handicapped.
They will be here in two hours and who knows how long it will take to fix.

FYI…….there are at least 3 lawsuits pending against the co-op and more to come. Share holders will pay the bill on that. Happy voting !
IMHO David is a pathetic liar and incompetent as a manager. He goes around doing what pleases him each day and firing whoever he wants and puts the co-op in jeopardy of labor lawsuits. It was a huge mistake to let Akam hire him. While the co-op is liable for his mistreatment of maintenance staff, that is paid by the co-op, his stupidity and (alleged) fraud purchasing puts Akam in the spotlight and Akam has the deep pockets. I just can’t wait for a new board and exposure of his embezzlement and then prosecution.
Please tell me if I am wrong. The elevator “modernization” is all just cosmetic. They are not fixing any of the electronics. They are replacing the inside doors but not the doors on each floor, While watching the work in 9805. One worker has been watching Spanish videos on his phone all day and just sitting around. Again, like the camera company who found this company?
