Sometimes people make up stuff to make themselves seem more important.As an example, when I met with some shareholders a few years back to discuss the issues we all had with Chandra Jain. One of the shareholders stated that their son worked for the FBI.
Factually, the son was a recent college graduate at the time.
I noted in earlier One Voice posts that someone claims to have recorded “proof” of ‘something’.
It’s OK if the person was holding the recorder in plain sight BUT in NYS it is a felony to record a person using a concealed device and the recording is also inadmissible in a NY Court.
Personally, it cannot hurt to make a date and time notation of something you personally saw or heard (with your own ears). Open a computer file titled CO-OP STUFF and store all of your notes there. Posting it here – without a name – does not constitute “relevance”.
I do have the ability to determine the owner of a telephone number and I can determine if they are a shareholder, in what building and unit number, and when they bought their apartment.
But I cannot tell you what team they play for.

I’m wondering how many threats Ron receives from Zarina and her squad due to the fact that he even has the website exposing these rego Park scammers
Instead, we need to put voice recorders on him the way he’s voice recording us. I have several people that have sent those recordings to me so we do have evidence. Just don’t know who to speak with. I would like to go to the attorney that was handling this building. Do you think that’s a good idea?
And also the reason why there is no change is because David bribes shareholders, promised them something that is illegal and then they end up voting for him and his squad
There no change because zarina is turning this all to rentals and by the time the shareholders receive or even if the the letters even go to their actual mailing address , they don’t vote
If you’re wondering why we have no change with the present Board, here’s a statistic: In the latest Presidential Election, only 715 votes were cast in total from both Park City & Park City Estates. Imagine how fewer residents voted in the Board election. Our apathy is why we’re in this situation.
To the person saying “how do we know we aren’t chatting to Z” on telegram or signal. Chances are she will know but it doesn’t matter. If you’re so afraid of them seeing what is written you’ve already lost

Respectfully what are you afraid of? Being sued? Don’t say any defamatory.
How do we know if we are signal-telegraph chatting with other shareholders or with Zarina, Rose, Scott or Emma’s people? That’s not private chats. It’s speaking out loud. How do we know who is forming the group? Who will vet the players?
We need something like the privacy assurance written at the bottom of the One Voice Registration page. Do we trust Ron to do it? Will he?
You need to “fight fire with fire”. Hire a lawyer (not Chandra’s) that will get our business if they are successful just as Zarina did with Emma. Then get a slate together and use the same tactics (gathering ballots and signatures) to make a change. Anything less wont succeed.
It would be good if you told people how to get on Signal and how to join a group chat
