Please start talking to you neighbors, especially the new ones. Tell them to come to the meeting and see the lies and smoke and mirrors the board and David tells us. Listen to the big mouth lawyer who sticks it to all the shareholders. Explain that they are costing and wasting their money. Tell them the board is cheating on the ballots and proxies. EDUCATE THEM!

Maybe if you EMAIL Honest Ballot you will have written proof to them to examine their receipt of bogus ballots and with written proof you can challenge them in court as an accessory to fraud.

If the co-op doesn’t have a quorum they cant spend our money on new business.
Just like the state of TEXAS where all the State legislature democrats left TEXAS to stop the legislature from conducting any business, Texas has a republican state majority but they need 75% of all votes to do anything and thats why the Dems did a disappearing act. If they aint there they cant vote. So NO QUORUM THERE EITHER>
The cost of the co-op having to pay for another election is minimal to what the co-op can spend with a quorum. Get smart. Stop them every chance we get. That includes contacting 311 about them shuttin off hot water every 2 weeks, We dont have staff plumbers all we got is David reading instruction emails from Akam.
David is NOT Jewish, His family claimed to be oppressed Jews to gain entry to this country under an asylum program from Iran.

For all you that complain on this site and that private site, none of you run for the board. Sorry, but it’s all talk and no action.
Why dont you just call a special election? If you can get a quorum of people to not submit proxies why cant you get them to vote out the board?

With Legionaries Disease making the headlines David has to flush the hot water tanks and lines for real this time and not like the other times he made believe and he faked doing it. But no doubt he submitted an invoice to the co-op for the work that was never done. I’ll bet that if you put his invoices to the co-op on top of each other that they’d all be perfectly spaced – courtesy of copy machines and invoice templates.
All we really need to lock him up is for any of the office workers to rat him out.
There is a porter in 97-40 who always plays loud music when collecting the trash. Kinda of young man. He has a very filthy mouth and my family has complained about him so many times. Anyone have issues with the porter speaking very nasty on the phone when they should be working?
What does that matter ? Another a** kisser justifying their fake actions ?
Our buildings are 70 years old and nothing lasts forever. We have 14 floors with 13 units on each floor. So, when plumbing is affected it may cause the whole line a Shutdown. I know when I renovated my kitchen, we replace the valves along with gas valve. How many of you that complain have done a renovation in the past 5 years?
