What I notice most is before this board everyone got a monthly newsletter and when a special event was happening EVERYONE got a notice at their door.
This board puts 2 or 3 notices in different places and we have to search for anything new. I think its because they don’t want to give us anything in writing because it can be used against them and the one notice signed BY ORDER OF THE BOARD is very WWII German-ish wording.

pretty on the outside , ugly on the inside best describes the con of “new “ elevators shareholders are paying for. The “new” elevator here at 98-05 has gotten stuck 3 times in 2 days of operation. The outer parts are new but guts are the same. It’s like painting your car with a screwed up transmission. WON’T RUN WELL !

KeymasterI wasn’t there but from what I read here the board voiced all of the things they accomplished in the past year. What I noticed most is that in an entire year they never put anything in writing – not even their alleged accomplishments.
I live by the words “Talk is Cheap”. They might as well have just said they discovered a cure for cancer.
There’s another applicable expression “Pretty on the outside, Ugly on the inside”.
I wonder how many fake proxies there will be this year?

“The amount of work described by the management over the year has been overwhelming. Was nice for them to thank the maintenance staff and security for all their efforts.”
The amount of money spent described by the management over the year has been overwhelming. Was nice for them to thank the maintenance staff and security that replaced all of the good workers that were fired for all their efforts.

The “results” ? Fixed of course ! “Honest” Ballots are in the boards’ pocket. Wake up and smell the coffee !

The meeting was well orchestrated and a very good attendance. To my fellow shareholder’s that didn’t attend you missed a good annual meeting. The amount of work described by the management over the year has been overwhelming. Was nice for them to thank the maintenance staff and security for all their efforts, it shows.
I look forward to the results and the agenda going forward into 2024.

How was the meeting please give a recap and how many people attended?

shame !!! Showing pictures and videos of the staff hard at work but didn’t say why those same members of staff were fired by david !

Tonite they said Scott was hired to be “extra eyes”. Jain didn’t need extra eyes. Jain would walk all around which is something David doesn’t do because he’s not really a manager. He’s a jeweler. David just disappears from the office every day and leaves Scott to do what David should be doing. I heard a rumor that David walks to 99th street where drugs are sold. Maybe it is just to visit old friends or sell jewelry instead of sitting in his expensive office and doing his work? Do we do random drug tests on our employees?? Maybe should. Maybe for the board too?

The truth is that no one should vote for Rose, Rackhmin, Leonid, Igor, or Emily. Just cross their names off your proxy and bring the proxy to the meeting.
If true about Esther being one of the bad people we can vote her out. We can also reduce the number of members on the board by shareholders voting out two or four members. It takes just 51% of the shareholders to call a meeting to vote them all out. It’s in our by-laws and Business Corporation Law (BCL number 706)

Agree with the previous post, in my opinion Esther Leitner and Howard Jung were hand picked by the current administration to replace the current Board dissenters. They are nice people but will do whatever they are told do. Do not vote for them.

I Disagree – Esther Leitner is Rose Markov’s person I don’t suggest voting for her
i was told by someone who knows this person, she will not do good for park city
good luck people
and exercise your discernment!

As in there are names of people who aren’t running on a proxy?
Or candidates were added to a slate they never signed up to?
Guest
sounds like they added names of honest people to their slate just so you’d sign their proxy, even though the honest people are not real candidates. refer to the actual candidates listed on the Honest Ballot proxy you got in mail and don’t sign anything with names that are not on that list.
the one voice people are suggesting Chau, Godlewski, Kashvili, Leitner, and Mehrra ONLY. Those five would be a majority on the board and can stop the stupid spending and real estate nepotism.
VOTE FOR HOPE.
