Lakhani should be fired immediately. Why was he the only one allowed to knock on doors and lie to the shareholders regarding the election. Why is Lakhani a security guard using his power to humiliate other security guards and allow his little princess wife who also works as a security guard look down at the other guards like she has no rights and can get away with what ever she wants. Shareholders coming to vote and finding forged signatures is not a conspiracy theory. Falsified documents was the reason why Rose and her boss got on the previous boards shit list in the first place.

David did NOTHING for me. If you go to page 31 and read my comments of Feb 15,2022 10:41pm it will explain the arrears on my account were all fees for letters from attorney Cecere and date back to 2014. I persisted in chasing Chandra about my suspected “conflicts of interest” between Chandra and some members of the Board and Auric Real Estate Mgmt who did our monthly maintenance billing. Each time I “pushed” Chandra for an answer I would get a letter from Cecere – telling me nothing – and then a $325.00 legal fee would appear on my next maintenance. The total arrears on my account were just under $2,900.00. When the Markov/Lupu Board came in I provided all of the details to Emma, including letters from my own two attorneys, and EMMA AUTHORIZED THE REMOVAL OF THE ILLEGAL FEES FROM MY ACCOUNT!
“Navid” should be grateful to me for not printing out his Connecticut and Maryland arrest record for switching license plates… and that’s NOT a conspiracy theory!
FYI – I sometimes leave crap like this posted just so the real “honest” shareholders can see your ignorance.
If you want to do something worthwhile – why don’t you tell everyone how your proxies had forged signatures??????

Most residents won’t really care until maintenance starts to skyrocket, but the board can keep borrowing money to pay increasing operating costs for many years until the party is over. Turn out at meetings and votes shows most people are not paying attention.

He’s probably claiming victory because, just like last election when they celebrated before the official results were announced, the fix is in. We can assume that whomever named the election company “Honest” Ballot had a sense of irony because these elections have been less than honest. There were seven fraudulent ballots of the current board discovered on election night and who knows how many weren’t found out. Not expecting any change in the makeup of the board.

I appreciate that attorney disclosing all the projects on our newsletters, however it is necessary and a must to also disclose the current renovation costs for the new management office in 9707 who are moving from 9805 to 9707. How come that is not being mentioned anywhere? That is the coops money they are using you know!!

SINCE YOU BROUGHT MY NAME INTO YOUR COMMENTS, I feel it’s only proper to respond to your idiotic statements.
First – on my attire. Whether I’m wearing cargo pants or a suit – I’m still more professionally qualified than David/Navid – the jeweler – (and the above writer is correct that if Emma is dressed nice it’s because the Board gives her a lot of our money).
Second – on the cameras, you already explained why they are unnecessary.

Where’s your concern, given that all of them are required to identify their purpose when they enter the building and the security person makes an entry in their Visitors Log Book?
Next. If the maintenance staff chooses to campaign or distribute flyers “in the evenings” – IT’S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!
You cannot put a restriction on their 1st Amendment Rights – if I may quote the 1st Amendment, in part, “the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to address the Government for a redress of grievances.”
FYI – “Government” means any city, state, or federal office… or perhaps their Union!
Next. There’s always going to be “a crazy” in a building and teens looking for a place to hang out. DON’T WE PAY A ROVING SECURITY PERSON TO DEAL WITH THAT?
As for the 9805 person screwing with the elevators… why do you need tenant cell phone footage WHEN YOU ALREADY HAVE CAMERAS IN EACH ELEVATOR?
Listen up. WE are not the dummies! You already have all of the EXISTING answers to all of your nonsense reasons for additional cameras.
ARE YOU INCAPABLE OF USING THE SECURITY CAMERAS ALREADY IN PLACE?
Maybe we just need a management company that makes use of its existing security prevention assets.

I think the attorney (and maybe David) can provide Ron Migut with some valuable fashion tips, especially if he will be working in the office and representing our co-op. 1 of my 9 votes was for Ron (in case you’re wondering) but I would appreciate if he would dress like a treasurer and not like a soccer dad attending a BBQ at Flushing Meadow park. That’s just my opinion.
Now regarding the camera installations, anyone who is opposed to this idea (including Ron) is extremely disconnected from reality and disproportional in their thinking. Considering the amount of STRANGERS entering our buildings nowadays, such as Amazon delivery drivers, Laser Ship delivery drivers, FEDEX, UPS , Uber Eats food deliveries, etc…. we absolutely need to be able to monitor the hallways. Let me tell you something, had we had cameras in the hallways, we wouldn’t have the problem with security staff or maintenance staff campaigning and collecting proxies in the evenings. We would have also been able to rid ourselves much faster of the problem tenant on the 2nd FL in 9805 who was purposely messing with the elevator door. Instead we had to compile tenant footage from cell phone recordings to bring evidence against him. We would have also been able to quickly prosecute the trespasser teenagers who were smoking marijuana in our staircases in 9805 and also other buildings. SO I would suggest you dummies re-think your position regarding the cameras.

There’s no need for cameras on every floor. It is overkill. I suspect the real reason is to get rid of the security guards at the front door.
