This group has been around before Chandra was fired.
Bottom line: AKAM and the gang have to go because they didn’t follow through on their election promises. Additionally, we’ve spoken to many shareholders and they are upset with several recent events.
Please pay attention to the next election and join the Whatsapp group. Ron is doing great work here. The Whatsapp group supplements what he’s doing.

We need 25% of the outstanding shares to demand a special shareholders meeting to remove some or all of the current Board of Directors.

In my opinion – old manager is a crook and dictator who has mental problems. No one canceled the boomerang. He only got a small portion of it. The big one is coming. But, thanks God, he is not here and we need to worry about other crooks who occupied the office led by attorney who has no idea where she got herself into. We need fair election to bring good people on the board before it’s too late.
Why did this group only pop up when Shandra left office? Now its got a whole page praising Shandra and forgetting how things used to be
Nothing will change unless we convince apathetic shareholders that their investment in Park City is at stake with the continuance of the current situation. Maybe something good will come out of this if a new and competent board gets elected. And whomever runs, they should insist on an independent election company. Definitely not Honest (?) Ballot which was chosen by the current board members.

To the previous post. Yes, you are absolutely right in term that David and his company don’t have any idea what they are doing. They only want power and money. Same as Chandra, who (allegedly) had made so much money from our coop, and in some point it was not enough for him, so he was so desperate for power and that was his biggest mistake. Hitler wanted a power also. You know what happened. So, if you want to bring Chandra back you will not be successful. So many people hate him. I’m not even sure in this point how he can live with this big hate behind him. Either company is not good. We need someone who cares about our coop at least a little more then money.
I think we have seen enough of what this new board is all about. They are all a bunch of spineless people. Also Dickhead David has no idea what he’s doing that they hired another person to do his job. But don’t worry David is still busy getting busy with Z….
This place was not perfect before with the previous board. I’d be the first to tell you. But is anything in this world perfect? Absolutely not. I’ve lived here for more than 15 years and seen and heard it all. But this has gone too far. Enough is enough. Let’s get rid of these idiots with the next election. #BringBackChandra
As far as I know and this is from good source, one of the board of directors already mad at all what is going on there and had a fight with all of them. He tried to kick Rose out from the presidency therefore no one supported him at all and he is ready to resign. We need to contact him
