Please beware of an inhuman living in 9707 building who constantly haras**es neighbors and is known to rape women. He is a geeky looking individual looks innocent but a horrible human in disguise. Management not taking any action to help remove this illegal renting tenant who sublets as well to three different homeless people. If anyone can give advice upon this issue please let me know. AVOIDING A TRAIN WRECK
I read the paper circulating at Park City Estates. If they want to live in peace – in financial health – then they should pay attention to every word of it.
Tell your friends at Estates that the letter is a serious truth.
Currently a letter has been circulating in Park City estates with some shocking accusations around our complex. I suggest people find a copy and read it.
Half the board members are brain dead sleepers anyway. So anyone can be a board member.
If no one else runs for the Board then any efforts to stop them is meaningless.
You might think that you lack the experience to be on the board and that’s a mistake because you just need common sense… like if our budget is X dollars you don’t approve a request that will cost XX dollars for something really not necessary.
That’s common sense and everyone knows no one on this board has it. So if you decide to run, you’re an asset.
The job is LISTEN TO PROPOSALS – ASK QUESTIONS – EVALUATE THE NEED – VOTE YES OR NO. And at most it’s done in one hour a month.
Can such a court order be done?
We need a court order served on Honest Ballot company to recognize only the bar coded ballots that they have mailed out. That will stop the fraud that’s been happening for the last two years. NO PRINTED PAPER BALLOTS ALLOWED!
If it is true they are collecting proxys before having a candidates night it is a bad sign for things to come
