Who ever wrote that Jew hater comment about Hatzalah ambulances I’m pretty sure you yourself will use it or has already used them one day. If your apartment stinks, and you don’t have a dog, maybe you should flush your toilet more than once a week, and take a shower and change your underwear at least once a month. I don’t have a dog, go up and down the elevators all the time, and have never had a dog touch me, pee, or stink up the elevator. You must be the one that was complaining on this site about “the big scary dogs with the big teeth.” It’s the small dogs that are aggressive and barking due to their insecurity. Neighbors, hedges-really?
The old hedges, and they have been here forever, are well past their purpose. That type of hedge has leaves only on the outside, which is the top and sides. The internal stems are shaded by the outer growth and are nothing more than empty brown sticks without vegetation due to lack of sunlight. And the fact that people frequently allow, and even encourage their kids to push their way through the hedges and run around the lawns does not help either. People from here, and neighboring buildings, constantly let their male dogs urinate all over the hedges every day. Anyone think that’s good for the hedges? The proper, yet more expensive fix would have been to remove all hedges and replace them with iron 4 foot fencing, which is permanent and durable. Paint every 8-10 years or so done by our maintenance staff. Case closed.

THOSE NASTY HATZALAH AMBULANCES ARE EQUIPPED WITH FIRE DEPARTMENT SIRENS, AND ARE ALSO ACCOMPANIED BY BLACK SUV’S ALSO BLARING SIRENS. THOSE AMBULANCES SHOULD BE TICKETED, AND TOWED RIGHT ON THE SPOT. THESE PEOPLE HONESTLY THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN THE REST OF THE POPULATION. THE LOSS IN UNIT VALUE OF TH*OSE LIVING ON 97 TH STREET, WILL ALSO EFFECT THE OTHER PC 3 & 4 UNITS AS WELL. IT INTERFERED WITH CONSTRUCTION, SO VORNADO DRAINED SOME OR ALL OF THE WATER WHICH WAS CRITICAL TO THE STRENGTH OF THE GROUND ABOVE IT. BUT, THAT DID NOT STOP THEM. AS A RESULT, THE FLOOR OF THE PARKING GARAGE OF PARK CITY ESTATES, WHICH IS LOCATED UNDER THE HUGE DRIVE THRU ROTUNDA, SUFFERED SERIOUS CRACKS AND MAJOR DAMAGE TO IT’S FLOOR. PC ESTATES TOOK VORNADO TO COURT FOR THE COSTS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE, BUT THE COURT RULED IN FAVOR OF VORNADO AND PC ESTATES GOT ZERO! NOT A PENNY. THERE IS A VERY SEEDY, SLIMEY CULTURE THAT RUNS NYC, AND IS OUT TO DRAW EVERY PENNY OUT OF IT, AS WELL AS THIS ENTIRE COUNTRY. AND THEY DOMINATE NY’S REAL MARKETS. THINK OUR VERY OWN POTUS.
So is that 18 million going to lower our Maintence due to all the noise that will be occurring or it will go in the pockets of Zarina and David someone needs to stop this fraud
