Can such a court order be done?

We need a court order served on Honest Ballot company to recognize only the bar coded ballots that they have mailed out. That will stop the fraud that’s been happening for the last two years. NO PRINTED PAPER BALLOTS ALLOWED!

If it is true they are collecting proxys before having a candidates night it is a bad sign for things to come

Keep in mind that Emma’s law firm gets paid for all the legal claims. It’s not “peanuts” so Emma and her firm must be gone with the Board and David and Akam.

Talk about a hand in someone else’s pocket.

              Lawsuits info

On your computer go to NYSCEF

              Select CASE SEARCH

              Click on the NAME tab

Type in PARK CITY 3 and drop down to County and select QUEENS

Then click the SEARCH tab at the bottom

Any action that WAS or IS involving the co-op will show there.

I think you’ll want to see those with the word ACTIVE next to the date and under the word RECORDED

Rose is already busy knocking on doors to secure votes for the next election that hasn’t even been announced yet.

Only God knows what she is promising those with little understanding of what the Board is doing, in exchange for their vote.

Does anyone remember last years Capital Assessment (over 1.3 million dollars) and this years assessment (over 1.4 million)?

That’s close to THREE MILLION DOLLARS over and above the maintenance income.

What was or is being done with it and where the hell are the financial reports that were supposed to be in the office on July 8th?????

PEOPLE, YOU ARE FOOLS IF YOU DON’T PUSH THIS BOARD AND DAVID OUT.

Been living here long enough to see the massive decline and probable theft and yes, I do pray for change.

Our security supervisor  is the proud new owner of a 2 bedroom apt at Park City. I guess there is a lot of overtime duty. He is so grateful to his boss.

Whatever your view on the board it is time we start seeing changes to the makeup of it. We cant just have the same people winning every election. We need a mix of board members to better manage out coop!

On the coldest day of the year they shut off the heat for cleaning. Now on one of the hottest days of the year they are going to shut off the water for cleaning the tanks.

Their bulbs don’t flicker, they are defective.  Every action they take makes me believe everything else that is written about them.

Replacing the pathway that runs through our property (connecting 62nd Drive and 63r Road at 98th Street) with bricks is an excellent idea as the bricks will last for a very long time. I can only hope that contractor obtained a NYC Permit to perform that renovation.

As I understand it – to retain ownership of a public pathway that runs through your property, that pathway must be closed to all foot traffic for one entire day every year. When the property owner fails to do that then the pathway becomes the property of the City of New York.

Thus, a Department of Transportation Permit is required prior to any reconstruction.

I point this out because our board and management are like faulty light bulbs. Sometimes bright but mostly flickering.

Want to know the population makeup of our area or any other area in NYC?  Go to popfactfinder.planning.nyc.gov.  Our area is 719.
