          Someone should inform the lawyer that our complex is not called “Park City”, but rather “Park City 3 & 4 Apartments, Inc.”  Maybe they should also inform her that, based on Arthur’s allegations, it’s time for her to extricate herself from what is becoming a messier situation by the day.

          It also would be interesting to see what the last few Board meeting minutes reflect upon what is really going on (assuming that they’re accurate).

            There was a posting about a GoFundMe page. Do NOT attempt that for the following reasons:

            The funding would come from shareholder pockets;

            The co-op legal fees (against me) would come  from shareholder pockets;

            If a judge deems the case frivolous and awards a monetary compensation to me or the Park City One Voice Tenants Association-the award would ultimately come from shareholder pockets.

            DO NOT DO THAT.

             

            I have seen cease and desist  notices before. They rarely go to court.

            One premise of the co-op lawyer’s “Notice” is that I did not have their authorization to use “Park City” in our association name, its website, and email address.

            I replied asking if the co-op had authorized “Park City” usage for Park City Resorts of Utah, the Park City Mall in Lancaster Pennsylvania and the other Park City businesses throughout the United States?

            I also pointed out that our full name is “Park City One Voice Tenants Association” formed under NYS Real Property Law Article 7, Section 230.

            This should all go away like dust in the wind.

             

            If anything, the lawyers should be concerned with the March 9th posting headed “Food for THOUGHTS” along with the potential testimony of Arthur A and Miriam from MJR Realty.

            An action such as that would surely diminish the lawyers allegation of slanderous claims against the Board and its ‘agents’.

              I would like to applaud Arthur A. for having the courage, moral compass and self respect to stand up for what is right and just. SHAME  on the remaining Board members who look the other way. “IN MY OPINION” they remain on the Board because they are waiting for a big fat payday.  No self respecting person would remain on this Board otherwise. As shareholders we will all pay for the corruption at hand.  We must spread the word, unite and revamp the Board, management and all others involved. We have our homes at stake don’t let them destroy or reduce the values of our homes. Today it may be Real Estate sales tomorrow it will  be refinancing our building mortgage to line some pockets.
              Help yourself by informing  your neighbors we all need to do our part.  WAKE UP before it’s too late.

                441-C  Revocation and suspension of licenses

                “The department of state may revoke the license of a real estate broker or salesman or suspend the same, for such period as the department may deem proper, or in lieu thereof may impose a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars payable to the department of state.”

                 

                “Whenever the license of a real estate broker or real estate salesman is revoked by the department, such real estate broker or real estate salesman shall be ineligible to be relicensed either as a real estate broker or real estate salesman until after the expiration of a period of one year from the date of such revocation.”

                  The assistant attorney general for our area is Michael barbosa. The office number is 718-560-2040. I think we will need to reach out to at a minimum open a file about what is happening. There is no way to tell what damage has been done, but it is doubtful if other board members won’t quickly flip and testify.

                      Hi Dear Shareholder. My name is Arthur A. I was a board member and resigned yesterday due to illegal activities what board did for these few months. It is true they , actually we did some changes also therefore was few thing that violated them as a board of directors. And we I spoke up no one took my side because everyone scared of Zarina. We didn’t fight for this  , so called park city for change. It was fight for Zarina’s interests. And I saw that with my own eyes. All position in the board ( president and Vp) were orchestrated by Zarina. She personally called and ask to vote for specific person. People who wants to buy apartment can only buy if approved by Zarina and Her puppet Rose. Actually it was last drop and a reason I resigned   Two people were rejected by Rose order even though one application was absolutely kosher.  But before even those applications were submitted we were told by Rose and Zarina to reject them. Everyone listens to her but I don’t want to listen and be a partof this games. I want to ask Ron and you people who do care about your investment and place of living to step up and do something. I will help you I really saw with my own eyes what monster we let out of the closet.

                        If a new board or new people join the board for 2022, would these people just step down due to blatant corruption and dare I say intimidation or threats? From reading the message board, I think it’s surprising, shocking and scary that our existing board is being led by a real estate agent that’s NOT a board member. I feel bad for the people that stepped down. I wonder if they are still residents.

                          The new property manger is doing a great job! He is making all the maintenance workers actually do their work. They were very lazy all these years! Don’t blame him he’s not at fault. He was just put into that position. It’s very difficult to transition right in the middle, let just get rid of the board members who are in for their real estate commissions and give the benefit of the doubt to David or Navid, however you call it. Also, if he wants to stay as manager then we can have him sign a related party agreement where they cannot allow Z to be selling around park city, since she is a related party to him.  Fair and square.

                            Hi Ron.

                            You should set up a GOFUNDME account and hopefully everyone here on this board can contribute and more importantly, spread the word to their neighbors. I feel a lot of residents are oblivious to what’s going on and the board likes it that way. We need to  spread the word to our neighbors and let them know what’s going on. This website and this board is extremely helpful. Just out of principle, anyone remotely connected to existing board members should be off the board.

                                In my opinion each board member is full of shit. How fast they forgot their slogan against the tyranny,  for transparency and for each question to be answered. I would like to ask each of them. Are you guys even have your principles? Where is transparency you promised to us? Why not even one question or concern from shareholders were addressed? Why are you letting the tyranny to continue and let Zarina to make decisions for you? Why do we need you there? To put our money to Zarina’s and attorney’s pockets and make them reach while our coop financial is a big concern? There are many of you there. If you can’t get together and stop this BS we don’t need you there anymore. All shareholders can get together and get you out from the board. Just don’t know how you’re going to look at shareholders eyes after that.

                                  In my opinion that attorney is full of shit. She wants to hide the truth. She figures that by keeping people quiet the new Board can  continue to do more  dirt. work in this Co-op. Her and the current Board are bunch of leeches that are only out to benefit their pockets. So much about Chandra doing wrong by this Co-op and they are doing worst. It’s all about power and controlling  things here. Honest Board members are for the Co-op and not for their own personal gain.
                                  We all need to work quick and get these leeches out Park City 3&4 Apts.
                                  Make sure not use that Honest ballot for the new election. Big fraud.!!!!

                                  Emmanuela, Zarina & Rose all have the same interest in this Co-op.  Power & money.. It’s up to you shareholder to fight back and get these horrible people out ASAP.
