      What’s wrong with whatsapp? Issue is more people use it versus telegram. It’s also much more manageable and custom

        You can always register with One Voice. Read “FOR YOUR PRIVACY” at the bottom of the REGISTER page. Once a member, you can create a specific subject and only other validated members will be able to make comments in the created subject – or multiple subjects.

         

        Please note the REGISTER tab has been inactive for a few years. People decided they preferred THOUGHTS as an open forum and chose not to join but it’s still available for privacy use.

          why wait until committee arranges something …Not  all people show up for those events anyway,

          we all can meet anywhere – we need to create a private telegram group , i don’t trust whatsapp anymore! And we can communicate there. The only question- how we will share safely the link to telegram group so that we can filter who joins,

          i am sure unwanted individuals would like to spy and get information

            Many would like to meet and voice their discontent but it requires a place to meet.  Maybe, when the entertainment committee has another bright idea – like Bingo – we can all attend but then gather ourselves to the side to talk.

                Related with share holder August 6 post. I agreed David and his wife made Parkcity as their own business. David got salary, his wife became representative realestate agent of rent and sell park city 3&4 coop.

                Whatever they said before they got on board. Nothing appear. Moreover they made our coop price down and all their relative got job even they are not competence.

                ” August 6 post, David has ten cars of his own in the parking lot doing everything to make himself comfortable as if Parkcity is his house but making everyone else’s live miserable. Bringing hamas terrorists into the buildings they doing their laundry all day. Not board approved tenants that are Uzbek and have enough money to spend on rent cause of their government food stamps and vouchers. Meanwhile making shareholder who own the apartments miserable with his increasing bs projects and staff hirings”

                  The dance party was a blast….for the 20 people who showed up.

                  I think there was a guy who was combination DJ and dance instructor.

                  REALLY?  is line dancing really a thing anymore?

                  The joke will be on us because whatever it cost for the DJ and extra security is coming out of our pockets.

                  Chalk this up to another Bingo failure.

                    New York State Real Property Law over-rules any lease. It allows for the primary occupant and spouse and immediate family and all of their children and one more occupant and their spouse and children.  I think somewhere there’s a maximum number of not more than 74 people.

                      If someone is renting a two bedroom in Parkcity, how many people adults and children can live in that apartment according the bylaws?

                          Please to Facebook page maulana Randall and see post on Steven Hen “ his fake Facebook” name and what he has done to numerous women and people then you will understand. Again this is a warning to all tenants since management does not want to warn. He has indeed come up to tenants selling his IT business and asks people to hire him so he can hack them. Beware and don’t get mixed with his indivual.

                            HOW CAN YOU BE WIFI HACKED?

                            All apartments with WiFi have an access account assigned to them by their internet provider (Verizon. Spectrum, etc). When your Wifi account was activated YOU were asked to pick a personal password. Many people picked simple every day passwords that they would always remember (like ‘password’  ‘Verizon123’  ‘9737wifi’  “the dog’s name”  “date of birth”  ‘12345’).

                             

                            When you go to your television Settings you will see “Networks”. Usually “Networks” will show you the first 3 internet provider Wifi account numbers nearest to you (but there is also a selection to “show all accounts”.   A novice hacker need only go through every account trying to log into it using the most common simple personal passwords – and that’s how he/she can access your account (and see your viewing activity-including email if you use it via  TV Internet).

                             

                            YOU can change your personal password. I recommend the easiest memorable ones using –

                            the street name – or house number – where you grew up and a favorite dessert 0r place.

                            include a symbol, So you would get something like LeffertsMILK-shake  or  97ST@casino

                            It’s not a password you would use every day (and never with other accounts) but it would be easy to recall when necessary.

                            And NEVER list it in your cellphone.

                             

                            A simple password equals simple exposure to hacking.

                                We wish to inform you of a serious matter regarding an individual residing within our complex. It has come to our attention that Steven, an unauthorized tenant, is exploiting his mother’s illness to reside in a rent-stabilized apartment without permission. Additionally, he has been unlawfully subletting this apartment to others.Steven’s presence poses significant risks to our community. Reports indicate that he has been involved in hacking into individuals’ accounts via WiFi, engaging in bribery and extortion, particularly targeting women.
