There is a person who is in great need of psychiatric help who thinks this site is to vent nonsense and vile comments about people they don’t like OR maybe just about the people who distant themselves from her because they know she’s a fruitcake.
To THAT person – your sanity … or more likely your lack of any sanity at all … is showing and it won’t take much time for the shareholders to to identify you as the official crazy person of Park City 3 and 4 Apartments.

Thats not true!
i know people who tried already to seek help, from attorneys and discussed our options
Its all comes to money, attorney will not work for free help us !also people sent complains to district attorney as well

At a certain point it isn’t the boards fault; its the tenants. Even on here people have an excuse and refuse to do more.
so sad to see our dear apartment 3 and 4 go down the tube… i hope we can get new people and REVERSE all the scamming illegal things done!

I agree that more new people have to run. Many of us on this page have lived here a long time and are older and have health issues or work constraints. We need younger people who are in professions that would be helpful- accountants, lawyers, engineers.
Practice what YOU preach !
There’s another way to remove directors – RUN FOR OFFICE! Instead of posting here, you should have been a candidate and do the work to go around collecting undated proxies. It’s easy to sit back and post on this site instead of taking the time and effort to run. And don’t say that it doesn’t pay since “the election is rigged”. If you photo all your proxies with dates you have proof. Companies like Honest Ballot do not want bad publicity regarding a contested election, so they’ll have to abide by the results. If you want change, get out there and make the change.
