I was told that the new cameras have speakers so that conversations by the elevators can be heard by whomever is monitoring the videos.
Not proven yet but it’s believed the job of listening in on your discussions will go to Scott.
The maintenance men believe a primary purpose of the cameras with listening speaker is to track their daily movements and any conversation they have with shareholders. If there’s a union guy David doesn’t like – Scott will watch that guy’s activity on days when he’s required to work in a specific area to build a case to fire the maintenance guy,
It’s a spying system and it’s gotten out of control because no one is fighting the corrupt board. They laugh at us.
At least one maintenance man believes their union representative is in David’s pocket because David and the Union Rep spend so much time talking out on the street and the Rep does nothing about complaints from the men.
If you want to help the maintenance guys – call their union and tell them what AKAM is doing to their members.

And we should keep Akam. If we get an honest well educated and ethical board who practices integrity, we would make the decisions of how to run the show not them and not let them spend our money the way the new board is doing now. Akam will get caught with Zarina if they are doing side dealings. Trust me not everyone is stupid in this world as so “she thinks”.
I heard Zarina is moving her real estate office in 9707 the new office that now the security is temporarily using and the rent is going to be FREE for her and her Squad. Also fake w2’s and no board approval in park city anymore under Zarina.

Zarina and Emma brought them in but you don’t see any Akam people. All you see is maintenance bills issued by Akam (just like when Jain had Auric) and Navid the jeweler obeying Zarina’s wishes while he’s stumbling around trying to run the place.
Akam is in Zarinas shopping bag. I wouldn’t be surprised if Akam paid for her honeymoon.
There is nothing wrong with all the security guards being the same. What is wrong is only hiring a particular group and purposely excluding those not of that group. That could very well lead to a law suit, which would cost the Coop (that’s US!) money.

I would keep Akam. Impeach the current board and Emma lupu the attorney. What can we do to luck Zarina and her team out. As a shareholder I don’t like the many decisions that are being made. Also, she is changing the security here at park city. Many of us chose to live here cause of having the security guards downs stairs. The only person that needs to be kicked out of park city is Zarina and her entire “Team”.

All previous multi-page Financial Statements were issued and signed by the Independent Auditors. The one page delivered to your door is not.
All past financial statements have been issued in 17 or more pages and distributed at a shareholders meeting with the accountant present to explain questions about the report. They should also show expenditures for two years past (2021) and the forecast for the last year (2022) and the actual for the last year (2022) AND THEN the forecast for the next year (2023).
Where is the Budget Forecast page that shows the comparative detailed Revenues and Expenses for Actual 2021 – 2022 – with the 2023 budget forecast??? Are they afraid to show it?
We are SHAREHOLDERS of a CORPORATION and all of the corporations finances are our business.
Do they think we are stupid enough to accept the one page financial report as fact???
Somewhere in our co-op there must be a professional business-person who can intelligently present this excuse for a report to the Attorney General.

Finally received the Financial Report today – or did we? Under the previous Management/Board/Accounting Firm, we would receive an extensive multipage financial report by the end of October covering the following year. Under the present Management/Board/Accounting Firm, we received a few figures attached to the Newsletter. This is a great way of hiding information such as how much Emma has taken us for. Isn’t there some legal requirement that new shareholders must receive a complete financial report and shouldn’t all of us receive one as well?
I’m glad someone spoke up about the Russian board. I came from Russia as a young girl. Today I am a Russian/AMERICAN free woman. I have no real pride in saying I am of Russian decent. As I grew up I learned that to be Russian was to be a socialist/communist. Nothing has ever changed that.
If people here want to say they are Russian then they should go back to that country and live enslaved in the poverty and dictatorship they left behind.
In my education I learned Russian Soviet-Communists supported North Korea in the 1950’s – then the Russian Communists tried to put missiles in Cuba to threaten the U.S. and then supported North Vietnam in the 1960-1970’s. Russia-now simply socialist – invaded Afghanistan in the 1980’s. Chechnya in 1990’s. In the early 2000’s Russia invaded Georgia and Crimea. And now Ukraine and Moldavia and Russia is a threat to all counties of the once USSR who are not a member of the European Union. Russians have been and are still supporting every country that is against American Freedom. Are you really proud to say you are Russian??? I am NOT!
You should be saying, as I do, I’m Russian/AMERICAN or AMERICAN, born in Russia. You should have no pride in saying you are Russian and you should not feel that you have any obligation to support the Russians on our board because they use the Russian language to intimidate or bribe you into keeping them in power.
They are the soviet union board of Park City and you keep them alive with your false loyalty to those who speak Russian while they are screwing with your livelihood.
They and the questionable lawyer will take everything you have away from you because that is the Soviet way.
