All this complaining and I see no violations or complaints on NYC311. Sounds like people rather vent than take action …
Elevators breakdowns.
its because they put lipstick on a pig. Shiney on the elevators interior. Thats the lipstick.
And the pig is the original elevator mechanism whose parts keep failing.
The money spent was probably to pay quadruple prices to a family member who sells the lipstick. And he/she most likely smeared some on the kissy lips of Akam and the Board.
and 9707 elevators have not been working for the past two weeks. I thought that we spent so much money on an elevator project. What happened? Why is it still not working? It’s horrible. We should get a deduction in maintenance. This is sad that this person is stealing from us. I hate the Office. I hate all of them. They are all thieves
The new gates between 62nd and 63rd don’t have a spring action where they automatically swing shut. So of course, most people don’t take the effort to physically close the gates so they remain open for anyone to enter. I think this is the same type of gates for the playground. Apparently, no one even thought of something basic such as how they work (or don’t work).
All these updates and new payments for Akam and their board members with corners offices.
10 years have never seen so many issues with the water.
You figure with all the money spent on elevators you would make them ADA accessible at least…. Proprietary system means you’re stuck with the maintenance contract unless you change the system, it’s how they squeeze you in the long run.
It’s 5:12pm and the hot water is coming out brown in 9740 bathtub and bathroom sink and YES David – I have video and date/time photos.

Being a liar comes naturally to these people. I clicked on page 121 that shows their lies began in year 2021.
For you new people – LOOK and then see what you bought into. Sad. Very sad.
Wondering if each time the elevator breaks, they can give us a deduction in maintenance since they lied and said they spent so much money on elevator projects. Taking a trip with all my neighbors is not fun each day and every day. I don’t pay so much maintenance for an elevator to stop on each floor when apparently there was an “elevator project” where I do recall David hired one of his “Bukharian” contractors to do that and spoke at one of the meetings.
The thief’s name is Harry Houdini. Probably related to David.😝

IF and WHEN I decide to run, the entire Board and Management Office will be overwhelmed with legal investigations that would be shared on this website.

Beware of a robbery scheme that’s happened in Briarwood and in Kew Gardens.A man approaches (mostly elderly women who are walking around outside wearing necklaces or chains) and in a kindly manner he opens a conversation (do you live here? is this a safe neighborhood for my family? or something to that effect). Then he says something like “Thank you. That makes me so very happy. Can I give you a hug?” and does it without waiting for an answer.All pretty much harmless until the woman goes home and realizes she no longer has her gold chain or necklace.In another instance the guy approaches a man and claims to be lost. He shares viewing his cellphone and places his hand on the victim’s shoulder and back and taps it as they are discussing where he’s at on the phone map and how to find the inquired location.Again, its done so fast and smoothly the victim doesn’t realize his chain is gone until he gets home or a few blocks away.The area’s Chinese community is unsure if its more than one thief but for certain they know one is an Indian with a slight accent and pleasant mannerism.Pass this warning on to friends known to wear jewelry around their neck.SUGGESTION : If ever approached – yell loudly GET AWAY FROM ME! That will at least attract the attention of others nearby.Response to: “If your showering in 9740 you should know its yellow water and who knows if its chemical water or waste water? For those who dont know Igor (while acting as a board member at Park City 3n4) as well as the son in law of our current manager attempted to run for the board at Park City Estates. Igor managed to win, but the son in law lost and look estates to court over it (guess who represented him?).
