Last night David showed pictures of the color of water coming out of our faucets. He said this is the water we have been drinking and washing ourselves with for many years.
David and the Board have been in power going on FIVE YEARS and it is only recent that they discover the discolored quality of our water?
In FIVE YEARS he didn’t notice? or just didn’t care because there was no personal profit by investigating it despite numerous shareholder complaints after every one of his alleged water tank cleanings after shutting off a building’s water… if they were really cleaned?
THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE INCOMPETENCE.
Was it more important for them to improve landscaping even though the existing landscaping was acceptable rather than caution us of a clean water issue?
Was it more important for them to change the doorknobs and doors rather than caution us of a clean water issue?
Was it more important to purchase bricks to decorate the sidewalks?
Were any of his pretentious slide show improvements last night more important than to have, just once in the FIVE YEARS, posted one of his stupid notices in a prominent place to share the threat of dirty water with every man, woman, child, of shareholders and renters, immediately after the yellow water was brought to his attention?
NO! A useless board, flouting nepotism and unconcern, gave a jeweler the keys to the property and made him an “inexperienced property manager” to cohort with a Board member who is under R.I.C.O. investigation while the Board president is in business with Davids wife.
Stupid stupid Board and lawyer, We need a special election to vote out the entire Board and to force AKAM to replace David with a professional and experienced property manager.
Lastly, for those children and adults who fill their water bottles – have you smelled the harsh chemical smell in your water bottle before filling it up or seen the reddish build up on shower heads? Seen it on the inner rim of your Brita pitchers. I HAVE!
We put them in power and we can vote them out with a Special Election before the next annual meeting.
I can only hope that they are in Hell for many years before I get there.

tonite was our annual cro-oks meeting. again there was a visual screen of the property pictures and construction things that supposedly were done in the buildings. It’s real purpose was for Navid to burn up as much daylite as possible so that when it got to looking at the financial report it was too dark to read.
Navid said we have been drinking washing and bathing in water from filthy water tanks. He must have just noticed it because I dont remember any previous notices that we should use bottled water or boil what we have. Instaed we were allowed to go through our lives using contaminated water.
so if you got or are sick because of the filty water he talked about – sue Akam for damages. Sue the board members individually for not disclosing it (as if they really knew). Funny thing is that he talked a lot about ripping out pipes and water lines but I never saw any of the bad stuff being thrown out or the new stuff coming into our buildings, Kinda hard to miss all those rusted pipes being trashed or trucks of new pipes. Did you see any? Me neither!

Under the current Board, the water was shut to clean the water tanks THREE different times. I have a plastic showerhead and I could see a black buildup in its holes. I’d remove the head and clean it and a few weeks later after being told the tanks were cleaned the black was back.
I have no doubt David submitted a bill to the Board for cleaning the tanks but I seriously doubt he did anything more than shut off the water for a day.
I cant speak for all shareholders but the many ‘oldtimers’ would strongly agree that there are bills the Board paid out for services that never happened.
I saw a sign about a $500 fine if your dog urinated just outside the doors. How about a $500 refund for every day that David disapears instead of being in his office. Former manager Chandra was always in his office or walking around the property in plain sight including weekends. Hardly anyone sees David during the week unless he’s walking to visit the dealer on 99th St IMO.

Yes including the fact that the thief was able to buy a humongous house while they became in charge of park city stealing our money making maintenance higher than it is that it makes no sense to even own an apartment here.

Please start talking to you neighbors, especially the new ones. Tell them to come to the meeting and see the lies and smoke and mirrors the board and David tells us. Listen to the big mouth lawyer who sticks it to all the shareholders. Explain that they are costing and wasting their money. Tell them the board is cheating on the ballots and proxies. EDUCATE THEM!

Maybe if you EMAIL Honest Ballot you will have written proof to them to examine their receipt of bogus ballots and with written proof you can challenge them in court as an accessory to fraud.
