Some good news (just not for us). Looks like Igor Pinkhasov (our vice president) was chased out of running at Park City Estates.
For those who dont know Igor (while acting as a board member at Park City 3n4) as well as the son in law of our current manager attempted to run for the board at Park City Estates. Igor managed to win, but the son in law lost and look estates to court over it (guess who represented him?).
Anywho theyre no longer running so whatever they were looking to do doesnt seem to have worked out
About the Mayor race.
If a mayor screws up badly he can be impeached.
If the communist wins and is impeached he’ll claim prejudice and racism and NYC will go nuts with an excuse for rioting.
On the other hand if its Cuomo and he’s impeached – NO ONE WILL CARE.
I heard many say they aren’t going to vote because they don’t like any of them. THAT’s WRONG!
