      Wow if it is true that she is moving her office here who the hell she think she is since when did she think she can do these things around here. F her we need to make a letter and get and attorney and get together to get her out of park city. She never stops. Her nose is in everything.

        So we paid to have the Management Office moved to a flood-proned room so that Zarina could move to the old office space?  Haven’t we shareholders had enough of this nepotism (Zarina-David-Rose)?  They’ll probably use DisHonest ballots again to throw the election their way unless we have candidates that use every tactic that they use to insure that this ends.  We need candidates that have no connections with any previous board to save Park City and us shareholders before we wind up like that Miami video below.

              Wow to the video below, it is true we never know what they are billing for they are doing a lot of kickbacks like this we should do this video for the 30 million dollar mortgage too and and it investigated

                    Please check this story on yahoo news on youtube, Palm Bay condominium in Florida also managed by AKAM  was assessed for $50 million dollars for repairs and improvements and cost $175.000 for each residents.

                        It’s 3pm in 9740 and no water at all in the L line.

                        The explanation from the office is that they posted a notice of the water shutoff to their website.

                         

                        Why the hell am I expected to check their website every day to see if their actions are going to have any effect on me personally???

                        The board STINKS – the management company STINKS – the lawyer STINKS and they are all sleeping in one big STINKING bed!

                            Did any other shareholder by any chance email or contact honest ballet directly to see the actual election results. We can’t trust the board and their letters and we have a right to see the results ourselves.

                                SHAREHOLDER MEETINGS IN YOUR LOBBIES

                                 

                                Remember to address your questions directly to members of the board. To Rose Markov as president and Rakmin Dekhanov “treasurer” for financial questions.

                                 

                                The lawyer is not an ELECTED OFFICER of the co-op. David is not an elected party either.

                                The only question the lawyer should answer is how much is she being paid to be there and how much money has the co-op paid to her in all of 2022??

                                 

                                Ignore the lawyer and insist that your questions are answered by Rose and Rakmin ONLY!  The board should be able to answer all questions about what Akam (David) is doing.

                                 

                                If the board members cannot answer the questions they should resign on the spot!

                                  We need to keep in mind that we are both – a shareholder and a tenant in a corporation cooperative.

                                   

                                  As a shareholder, the Board of Directors is mandated to explain their actions and expenditures on a regular basis.

                                  As a tenant, you are protected by New York Rent Regulation laws.

                                   

                                  When it comes to co-op By Laws and NY Rent Regulation laws – the Housing Court usually favors the NY State Laws.

                                   

                                  Board intimidation of a shareholder/tenant is LANDLORD HARASSMENT defined as any action by the “landlord or its agents” that directly or indirectly interferes with your privacy, comfort, and enjoyment of your apartment.
