Why do they need to charge a NON-REFUNDABLE fee if you buy new furniture or appliances? Ron- is this illegal. There is nothing is the by laws about this.
The REFUNDABLE deposit was bad enough. No one ever checked if the hallways or elevators were damaged by delivery men immediately. Anything could happen after.
Navid Ahadian needs to just go to sleep and retire and enjoy his big house he purchased while ruling park city. He couldn’t have not done it with US shareholders! (::::
Well we already had 5.5% increase and a 6% increase in the past two years so don’t talk if you don’t know our history and are from the outside world. It also does not make sense to increase so much for our building. We have a lot of residents paying. So no need for this multiple theif increases
My brother in-laws maintenance increase was 4.75% and his Aunt was 6%
Taking that into account for our Queen’s neighborhood our 2.5% was good this year.
In reference to the News letter . NO David the Maintence did not need to go up and we don’t need to pay a non refundable deposits for all the stuff we are moving in or need as necessities. David you need to retire and go enjoy your big house you bought and stop stealing from park city.
Did you guys see the new letter from the office, they are charging a a $250 Non refundable fee for moving anything in let’s say you need a new fridge on top of that you have to pay the office 250 for that new piece of furniture you wanna bring in what a scam this dude needs to go!
Why they charge so much for repairs in the building. Like even if your sink gets clogged. What do we pay so much maintenance for, for one elevator to be working? Or for the PAYROLL and Board BONUSES hey its holiday season, how much cash bonuses going to the board I wonder? Who dictates those? Why would i give tips to the maintenance workers and security if everything so expensive here and so lousy.
Why you all so concerned about other tenants worry about where your money is going to and whose pockets and how there are predators living amongst us and our children
